You can split if you have a good amount of money to invest, bitcoin should be the first priority and have the large portions of your assets, and then find good alts where you can put your money, split it up with top 10 projects inside CMC chances to find a good projects that will bring good outcome with

Bitcoin will NEVER go mainstream in it's current state. Why? Here's why:

On-chain, Bitcoin is capped at 7 tx/sec. The more activity the network sees, the slower transactions become.
As it grows in value, fees increase as well.
Lightning allows for a theoretically unlimited number of transactions at near-zero fees, but it has seen stagnant growth because there's little financial incentive for individuals to adopt it on their own.
XSN's solution involves using its decentralized MN network and the collateral locked in them to rout payments, act as watchtowers, and provide a ton of liquidity for transactions.
This will bolster Lightning without centralizing it.

One of the thing that kills people’s money and discourage them is bad projects and scam projects.

My opinion is to invest in something that has a great in-real-life value like (land or something) just invest money in it and wait for a year and sell it, isn't that easy instead of investing in shitty coins?

Investing in crypto is a very good idea but it is up to you how wisely you are allocating your funds for the different coin. There are many coins which are suddenly giving you unexpected huge profit but that means not you invest for this coin now as the price is too low. Before investing you should look for that crypto what is the trading volume and how many market it is trading now. If the coin is listed many market and a good trading volume then invest for that crypto coin.

I don’t think that waiting to make decision whether to buy now is really working in crytpomarket, especially now that most market are already at bottom, and bitcoin just started rising, at this point is when any sudden increase can occur at any time, and the best way to prepare for the unexpected surprise is to buy now.

This was the waiting that many people waited when bitcoin was $4000, and they were contemplating whether to buy then or they could still get it cheaper believing that it will get to $2500, it was just overnight that bitcoin changed its value and that was how many of them lost out of buying that low, but the chance to buy low has not completely gone and I think that it is still very cheap to buy now because of the great increase it will have later.

Most of us here are crypto lovers. Investing in crypto is a must-to-do before a new bull run, and that`s coming in the next few years. Who wait too long will miss a perfect buying opportunity.
Whether to buy or not to buy, depends on your plans. Short-term investments are tricky in the crypto market and when it comes to long-term investments I think it`s good to buy whenever you can, holding crypto for years proven to be great in the past 10 years and I believe that trend will continue.
