People have been seen coming on roads because they had addictions of gambling. I am awfully in favor of teaching people about controlling their emotions.

You'd need to know what you're getting into, before deciding to place your bets within any game of choice. You'll end up losing more money in luck-based based games such as Slots or Dice than anything else. While you still have better chances of winning a skill-based game like Blackjack or even Poker, that's not a guarantee that you'll always win. After all, casinos and online gambling sites are always meant to win. If they let people win, then they won't obtain profits from the bankroll. It's as simple as that.

Which is why, the only way you might be able to succeed within the gambling industry is if you invest directly into a casino's bankroll. There's still the risk of losing your money in an instant. A gamble that can't control his emotions, knowing when to stop gambling due to losses or profit won't succeed at gambling. Also been able to manage your time and not gamble whenever the opportunities present itself could also be considered a life saver.

Yes, I agree about time management because in online casino games there are at least certain good times to bet but the possibilities will be different on every casino site and we must find and be aware of these times. Dice and similar gambling games such as slots and roulette are purely a matter of luck. I agree with this. But I don't agree to include skill-based games such as Poker in such category. In a poker match, the lucky could be defeated by the skillful. A 2 of diamonds and 8 of hearts will win over a pair of kings if played with smooth poker skills. That's how the two differ in my opinion and experience as well.

It is all about mathematics. That gambler who is able to calculate better outcomes then AI of leading bookmakers may be a succesive better. Gambling companies often making really valued lines, so just be more attentive and that is one of the secrets.

But since we assume that the outcomes are in fact random, there is no way or possibility that the patterns can be repetitive since otherwise it would violate that assumption

That's a wrong assumption, imo. After reading it, one might think that if you have a target, and you have a strength to stop after reaching it(To stop for the day or for the year? It remains unclear, but most likely "for the day" is implied), then you can profit from gambling on a regular basis. If it were true, then indeed it would the greatest secret of gambling, but it's not true. Even a very disciplined person has slightly more chances of losing than that of winning, and whether you win or lose depends on luck, not on your self control. Self control can help you to not lose big, but it can hardly help you to benefit from gambling.

Personally i have tried to learn skills to win in gambling but after all it is majorly depends on your day. Gambling is win and lose game and there are no secrets or skills to win always. Playing safe and smartly would certainly help you minimize your losses but can not guarantee you a win always . To ensure return on investment , maybe try investments in traditional markets and not gambling.

That is a good point. Gambling, as we all know, is very uncertain and you are right when you said that even when you have skills, there is still no guarantee that you would win. It would be a better idea if our money would be allocated on investment which we can monitor and we can do something about, somehow.
