Yeah, i agree with you guys. I didn't see Madrid lifting Laliga this season with their recent performance even lose to small club like mallorca, got defeated by Bayern in champions league still draw their last Laliga match. With  the six matches remaining Madrid can't do anything and there's no way Barcelona will keep losing when they already knew that only six matches left for them to be crow champion  and even if they'll lose they can't afford to even lose up to four matches.

If Real Madrid hadn't lost to Mallorca or drawn with Girona, they would have had a clear chance of tying the league title, but the truth is they've thrown it away. I don't know if Arbeloa only wants to win the Champions League, so the Champions League is the only option they have for now. It's not like they're going to hand the league title to them, either. Are there still possibilities? Yes, but remote ones. I wouldn't give everything for it.

However, Real Madrid chance to win the champions league title is very small, infact I don’t even give them any chance to win any title this season. I know that Simeone doesn't really care about UCL as much as people think, he just wants to make sure that he can finish third place, and as long as he does "alright" at UCL, he knows his spot is guaranteed. Atletico is such a power house in the Laliga, Copa Del Ray and even the champions league. They play with so much intensity when they have to and like today, you just know they weren’t focused on winning but, just to hold enough to qualify without letting Barcelona get the goals they need to take them to the extra time. Barcelona is out of the champions league race. Real Madrid will be out by tomorrow by the time Bayern Munich deal with them at home. Dont worry, ATM will represent La Liga very well.

Possibly, Arsenal defeat Sporting CP tomorrow, the semi final will be ATM vs Arsenal. Rest assured ATM will qualify to the final, if they face Arsenal in the semi final stage. Tomorrow will determine if we will see the tie.

Honestly Real Madrid threw everything away by themselves else by now they would have enough chance to try and win the league but right now I don't even see them in this title race anymore because Barcelona don't seem like a team that will want to joke about the league title anymore not especially now that they have been eliminated from the champions league.

I don't think Arbeloa is prioritizing any competition, they just couldn't perform to win La Liga and it's not because they choose the champions league over it. If so, they are not even doing well in the champions league, they already lost at home to Bayern Munich so what chances do they have to win at Allianz Arena.

I hope it gets better for Atletico Madrid after this stage because it is just as if finishing in the third position has become their bet right so i will really be happy for them if they win a trophy this season. Winning the Champions League might be unrealistic for them but they should do their best and win the Copa Del Rey in order to compliment their effort this season. ATM is really a weapon against Barcelona this season because they eliminated Barcelona in the Copa Del Rey and now they have also eliminated them in the Champions League.

you can't win tough matches with shots from tight angles by Vinicious and Mbappe or by constantly losing possession. and these guys aren't going to learn their lesson after this point they're exactly the same in their national teams. It’s not something a manager can just fix or discipline.

It is more of a personality issue for these players and untill they admit to it, the coach may not be able to get them to change. It could also be that they do not align with these coaches enough to want to be at their very best or maybe  they prioritise personal interest more so the only way to get them to behave better would be to apply disciplinary measures such as reducing their play time , so when they get the chance  to play, they will make sure to utilise it very well and give their best.

It's likely that Real Madrid's management, when they fired the coach, didn't rush to hire a new one because they thought the new coach would need to make new signings. This is because the squad is very weak and has players who spend the entire season injured, preventing them from bringing in new players who could play the most games of the season without injury.

I could be wrong, but the management didn't expect great achievements with the current coach. I highly doubt they didn't foresee this scenario of finishing the season with zero trophies. They preferred to sacrifice this season in exchange for having an experienced coach for the long term next season. I just don't know who the next coach will be, because I don't see anyone on the market. Maybe only Guardiola would leave Manchester City; he would be the ideal coach for Real Madrid.

They feel too big but yet they are not delivering when it matters, I don't expect that from Mbappe actually, I expect him to different because Vinicius that we know has always been this way so Mbappe should be showing class and be business minded. With this behavior I don't think Vinicius or Mbappe will be winning the Balon D'or, they are being bullied by a broke Barcelona team and yet they act as of they have achieved everything in football. If they don't change then it's their loss no disciplinary action need to be taken.

I believe so too, I don't think they expected much from Arbeloa they just needed someone that will manage things till the end of the season so they can appoint a new coach. So for me their possibilities of comeback is absolutely impossible like Barcelona are 9 point behind them and honestly it's quite impossible for Real Madrid to chase them easily. If Barcelona failed win back to back 3 matches then it is possible otherwise it would be quite hard for Real Madrid to do a comeback.

The way the league has unfolded, yes, that's how it is, Madrid is almost out, but well, as a Madridista, I haven't taken it for granted that they've already lost it. I don't know, but Madrid is a very big club. The good thing about Madridistas is that we never lose hope under any circumstances, and if we lose, well, at least we tried, we fought, but we didn't give up. That's why I respect Barcelona because that's how they are; they are worthy teams.

Yes, currently,, Real Madrid will probably only hope for the Champions League trophy, because this competition might be their last chance to win a trophy. But I personally think Real Madrid will struggle to win a trophy even in the Champions League. Because we can see now,, in the quarter-finals, Real Madrid lost in the first leg to Munich. I agree that it is right choice to focus on La Liga because they have 9 point lead over Real Madrid and are almost sure of winning cup.

With their disappointed ending in Champions League hours ago in quarter final, they will return to La Liga with their angry and destroy their opponents in remaining matches. This ending of Barcelona in Champions League is like an ending for Real Madrid in La Liga title competition with Barcelona because Barcelona from now will only focus on La Liga matches. It will help them certainly winning La Liga title and Mbappe as well as his teammates will have to wait at least one more season to lift La Liga trophy.

Real madrid is just not good enough to be crown champions in the Spanish laliga and in the uefa champions league because they don't have the right squad to carry that out. Playing not as teamwork I think problem with Real Madrid in this season and several the attacking line players most playing as individual than teamwork, now Madrid has 9 points left with Barcelona although has el clasico match but its not enough recovery how many points left recently.
I think Madrid must playing as teamwork for La Liga matches left and Vinicius Jr or Kylian Mbappe not play most individual how many time both of them waste the great attempt scoring the goals. Right now not close yet for Madrid to stop Barcelona at top position by playing well and get three points for all matches left, next tomorrow will focus for Champion League second leg match and hope make comeback and qualifying to semifinal round.

Lately, they've struggled to play as a team, especially with key players, and the thought of doing everything individually has grown. Also, with Mbappé stealing the show from many teammates, their teammates have become selfish rather than concerned about the overall well-being of the team. Let's hope for the return leg.

The evidence is very clear for Barcelona to win this trophy, because they have improved in recent games that made them to increased their points that will make Real Madrid not to achieve before the end of this tournament. They are a good 9 points away, so they have a pretty good margin of safety.

I agree this is definitely not their best season, and they’ve faced many problems throughout it. But compared to Barcelona, it seemed like they were in great form and fully capable of competing not only for the La Liga title, but also in the Champions League. However, in the end they were stopped by Atletico, a team that doesn’t really have major ambitions in La Liga. I think that before the match against Barcelona, Simeone made a very smart decision by giving his team some rest, and it paid off for them.

Now both Barcelona and Real are out, while Atletico moves on. For Barcelona, I think everything is already clear in La Liga, they should comfortably defend their title. As for Real, this season can be considered a complete failure.
