Real Madrid now leads 2-0. Benzema scored the first goal and Valverde scored the second goal. The performance of Barcelona's defenders is very poor. They conceded the second goal due to poor defence. The defence can't improve. Barcelona's players continue to attack though. But they are not able to break the strong defence of Madrid. If they want to win, Barcelona's players will have to increase their attacking speed. However, Barcelona's chances of winning are very low at the moment. They might be able to draw the match if Lewandowski can play well.

Barcelona scored their first goal in the 83rd minute of the match. Ferran Torres scored the goal from Lewandowski's pass. It was a wonderful attacking goal. However, Real Madrid is still leading 2-1. Barcelona need to score another goal quickly if they want to get 1 point in this match. That seems unlikely to me. Because the performance of Madrid's defenders and goalkeepers in Ajax's match is very commendable. They are playing very well today. Barcelona's every attack was successfully countered by Madrid's defenders. I expected a goal from Lelandowski in this match.

With the excellent performance of Real Madrid in today's match, it is obvious that they are better than Barcelona this season both in Champions League and in La Liga. Xavi should go back to drawing board and give his team more confidence to face the Europa League   Because Europa League is Barcelona's next destination.
