Exactly, this is good achievement for Getafe to make draw result against Barcelona. Although they only get drawn, they have made good defense. I agree with many people who said Getafe performnace during the match was good enough. Barcelona has top quality of squad, Getafe is just a small club but Getafe can steal 1 point from them.

Barcelona continued to threaten Getafe goal in search of a winning goal, they failed to dismantle the sturdy defense built by Getafe defenders which made the match score end 0-0. This draw is the second time Barcelona have in the last two matches, Previously Xavi troops were also held to a draw by Girona at Camp Nou. Even though this result doesn't change anything for Barcelona, they still have to fight in the next match to find victory.

Atletico Madrid managed to secure their position after winning over Almeria, the additional three points further strengthened Atletico position in third place. Atletico managed to keep their distance from Real Sociedad in fourth place with a 9 point advantage, Simeone team still has the chance to crawl into second place because they are only two points away from Real Madrid.

According to the odds i can see Celta is the favourite but i have no wonder because recently they can able to managed their positive results and being unbeatable in the last 6 matches but Mallorca condition also not quite bad because at least they can earn 2 points in the last 2 matches and Mallorca really required more points than Celta because they only have 7 difference points with the team in the relegation zone so if Mallorca can at least stole point today they will makes their positions will be more secured

Celta still unable to played their main goalkeeper Agustin Marchesin because of injured but it doesn't matter because Celta 2nd goalkeeper Ivan Villar can performing well so far and besides Marchesin i didn't see any other players on the injured list and for Mallorca their conditions doesn't really good because at least they will losing 3 players who got injured and 2 players who got suspension such as Jose Copete and Jaume Costa

Mallorca conditions is very unfavourable because the players who unable to played today is mostly their key players and the opposite conditions which we got from Celta because their players had good fitness to starting this match and after seeing this factor i think Celta had good chances to be the winner of this match and Celta win has odds @1.81

It was a really important night for Valencia and Sevilla both because they were both in the fight to stay in the La Liga. Valencia's condition was worse than their opponent so they needed a win in this match even more. However things didn't go their way. Sevilla scored in the 55th minute with Bade but the goal was a little debatable too. Because it was obvious from the VAR record that a Sevilla player tackled an opponent right before the goal.

However this wasn't still seen as a hindrance to confirm the goal. There was a very simple defensive mistake leading to the goal as well. The second goal came in twenty minutes and ended the hopes for Valencia about a comeback. a very significant drop in performance occurred in the Barcelona team in the last 2 weeks but that didn't really make the Barcelona team falter at the top of the standings because their competitor Real Madrid who is in second place is also very inconsistent, so if you look at the points advantage Barcelona is still very comfortable at the top standings.

but if you look at the quality of this team I'm sure they will be able to get up, especially since Barcelona will only focus on La Liga matches after they were eliminated in other tournaments.

I think Celta Vigo will not lose in this match, they have 7 unbeaten streaks in last 7 matches La Liga, and they deserve to be favourites. I'm sure the home team can definitely continue their good trend, although also previously Mallorca could beat Celta Vigo, but Celta Vigo gameplay at there wasn't too bad, they are a little dominated at there although they were playing away. Tonight they will play at home and that is an advantage for them, so my opinion for this match is same as you Celta vigo had good chances to be winner tonight.

Valencia had the possession but the struggled to break into Sevilla's defense. The were having good short from outside the box but none went near the post, we also saw eager they were to play penalty on two occasions. Sevilla were able to create good chances for themselves. They had better communication on the skill than Valencia, the two goals scored against Valencia showed how poor they were to defend a game they were possessing.

Yes, you are right, the opportunity that Madrid should have taken advantage of was against Villarreal, if at that time you could get full points, maybe you would have a very small difference in points with Barcelona, but unfortunately Madrid had to lose points, 2 matches in a row, Barcelona could only pick up one point. with a draw, but the distance between Madrid and Barcelona is 11 points, and that means it is still far away.

There are still 9 matches left in this season and it is very difficult for Madrid to catch up with Barcelona by 11 points, if Barcelona plays consistently in the remaining 9 matches with lots of wins of course there is no hope for Madrid to win the league this season, the only hope is focus in the hunt for the UCL where currently Madrid is also focusing on qualifying for the CL semifinals.  

I would guess that if they won against Barcelona as well, that would have been even better because Barcelona loses 3 points while Madrid gets it, and then the Villareal on top of that where Barcelona got 1 and Madrid would have gotten 2, that's like 5 points covered in a matter of just two games.

All in all the whole season was a terrible one for them and that's just not going to be enough to keep saying this game or that game because the whole season was bad for Madrid, we just have to accept that they did not do as well as previous years. I am guessing that next year some things will change and they will have a better season than this year, not saying they will win, but I am sure they will have more points next season than this season.
