Xavi Hernandez have even decided to leave the club at the end of the season because he's seeing no progress at Camp Nou. Barcelona originates from the team's board, they've failed to make good impression and I've watch and observed the team from a distance, they're suffering to fit into the system and there's definitely no good extent to see them back to triumph path in football.

Xavi Hernandez was a former captain of the Barcelona team and not just that he's a former captain but also a very passionate fan of Barcelona who always wants Barcelona to succeed. Since he took over the managerial position at the club, things haven't been as they used to be at the club but he was still doing his best to make sure Barcelona remains as one of the top performers in not just Spain but in Europe. Last season, he led the club to lift the Spanish La Liga title but since the start of the season, Barcelona have been struggling to win games as a result of numerous injuries to the key players of the club as well as the club's failure to sign world class players.

His decision to leave the club at the end of the current season isn't a bad idea especially for his young managerial career

It was the worst result they could ever get against a team like Villarreal. I don't know how Villarreal could score five goals against Barcelona and how Barcelona could let this team to have this performance but the fact about Villarreal and Barcelona is about the bad performance of Xavi and his palers.
Also, after this match, Xavi said he is not going to keep working in Barcelona anymore.

This much have been a very sad decision for him to make after losing to Villarreal. Could the lost and the pain of losing made him utter those disappointing statement of leaving the club at the end of the season? This was not expected though seeing how he did well last season for the club and earned them the La Liga title. This season, I also don’t think it is time to give up on the fight for the league title so early, but let’s just respect his decision and hope that what he did was for the best interest of the team. Two coaches have announced so far that they’ll not continue with their teams by next season, it is very unusual to happen as season is still ongoing unless the management sacks them by theirselves. We will wait to see who will be the replacement for Xavi before next season begins.

Regardless of the result, I was actually very entertained by today's match because I think it was one of the most interesting matches this week.

They're seeing too much of the bad performance than that of the good games truly. He must have set his own personal goals to achieve for the club this season and if he is not achieving them, he has to recheck himself and consider what's good for the club and the future if the club. Him leaving will also see some important players in the club leave and they'll start the creation of a new Barcelona with younger players

Saw Girona with that first half win and they went ahead to win the game completely. They didn't slip off after that lose to Mallorca during the Copa del Rey. Their coach is a good one to consider for who's inline for the Barcelona job.

Xavi has announced that he will leave Barcelona at the end of the season. I always prefer to blame the coaches last. Because if the team is not good, we can't expect them to do god-like things. Barcelona's squad this season is one of the worst in recent times. Xavi was limited in what he could do. However, neither Real Madrid nor Girona have great squads in the league this season. I think Xavi has thought about his decision well and maybe it's not just because of the defeat to Villarreal. Of course, he was furious with the current condition of his team, which seemed weak amidst the huge demands from internal and external parties, so his statement was understandable.

Basically I understand what Xavi wants for his team, but things will not improve as quickly as expected. This season many plans have not gone according to expectations, even when Xavi has great enthusiasm to start this season. Most importantly, they need a better coach with good tactics and build to grow the club around the La Ma Sia laddies.

In Laliga, Xavi also did the same thing where he will step down after this season ends.
