I agree that Mbappe is mostly effective from the left but that would mean taking Vini out of that wing and we all know Vini is not effective at all on the right. As things stand, Ancelotti is going to find a way for things to work because both Vini and Mbappe are too valuable to be on the bench and the only solution I see is for Mbappe to keep playing from the middle. I believe with time there will be more understanding.
As for Mbappe, ill prefer he starts learning how to be a centre forward because his pace is his biggest strength and as he ages, that pace will reduce and if he doesn't evolve it will be a problem for him. The same way Ronaldo evolved would be the best decision for Mbappe right now. 

Mbappe position in Real Madrid is a tough problem for Ancelotti. There is a meme on social media that with Mbappe, Vinicius and Rodrygo, the attacking system of Real Madrid skew seriously to the left and on the right, they only have Dani Carvajal for that swing.

It is only a meme but somewhat it shows current problems in Real Madrid. They still lack of a good striker after Ronaldo and Benzema leave their club some seasons ago. Girona are how back to their main settings, is not about missing a player or replacing the players they sold out is about maintaining that performance of last season and they know quite alright that if they let go of their best they can't perform well so why sell? This is on them and I was expecting them to do better against Atletico Madrid but nothing positive came out with no goal registered.
I think this Girona side are really back to how we know them and they're not even going to finish in the top 4 or even the top 6 depending on how the other teams play out their games. I wonder how they're going to perform in the champions league, maybe they're going their to give every team in their group 3pt then be eliminated from the group stage, not yet writing them off but what I saw tonight is not encouraging.

There play mostly reminds me of the PSG team that had the likes of Messi, mbape, Neymar jnr and the rest and still experience this kind of things in Thier games. I never for once doubt Real madrid winning the game, in fact, I was expecting a scoreline much more higher than what they scored. Yeah, they won but I think the players were too relaxed or they probably underrate the opponent team. Madrid should not be struggling against a small team like Valladolid. I think it is high time for Ancelotti to start putting pressure on them because they just wait for the ball to take it and this gives opponents chance to pass and create problems.

They should learn from Barcelona who doesn't give their opponents chances to pass or leave any player unmarked. They had a good game thou but they were very weak in pressing. At some point, I thought they were on training ground seeing how slow they were playing.

Real Madrid did a decent work just as I expected. However Mbappe was terrible in this game. He wasted absolute goal opportunities without exaggeration. One of his shots was nearly ending up with a throw-in.    We watched Arda Güler in Bellingham's place in this game. I think he played quite decently. He played a big role in many attack organizations. He got close to scoring a couple of times too but unfortunately he couldn't score.
