I still feel that Madrid hasn't figured out a way on how to win Barcelona. There's a difference of 2 days before the Barcelona - Osasuna match, before the league started, I'm sure that the stakeholders have considered everything, so this isn't about how to block Barcelona's current good performance, but about schedule efficiency.

If I were to choose any team to be the winner of La Liga, it'd be Barcelona. They have shown more consistency than any other team in the league. They have played and won more convincingly too. Madrid manages to win games so far this season, they get outplayed by a lot of teams in La Liga. The presence of individual players is what is keeping Madrid alive in the league. The drop in form by Barcelona in November and December is another thing that keeps the league wide open.

Atletico Madrid will always be there but they have blown their chance of winning the league when they lost to Espanol and Barcelona. So now all they will be praying for is for Barcelona to lose against Osasuna which might not happen without Zaragoza.
Also, when Madrid and Barcelona meet in the league for the second leg, I think Barcelona will win them again. Except the rivalry spirit takes over and Madrid plays like they do in their peak, they're not taking all 3 points away from that game.
