I really miss to see Sevilla being a contender for european spots, i hate them now, they can kill every bet you put in them, no matter if that bet is them to win or to lose, because they are super irregular. No matter if you bet on over/unders markets.

In the last 15 games, Sevilla only lost in games against big teams such as: Real Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Atlético Madrid, Ath Bilbao. In the remaining games they drew, but did not lose. It is assumed that Real and Barcelona will be successful in the Champions League (at least one more round), plus Athletic must win against Rangers in the Europa League. Thus, La Liga will most likely enter the top 2 in the UEFA ranking and get the 5th ticket to the Champions League. Therefore, the battle between Betis and Villarreal, which now have 44 points, is literally a battle for a ticket to the Champions League.

Oh, I really forgot about the extra spot thing for the Champions League. Thanks for reminding me about it. It is a new thing after the format change so I assume that's why I have had some difficulty in getting used to it.  

Real Madrid and Barcelona can even face each other in the finale there. You know their way on the bracket is providing them the chance. Athletic Bilbao can also even win the Europa League. Therefore I agree. If we don't see a big surprise, the La Liga should be able to get that additional spot. In this case I wonder which one of Betis and Villarreal will qualify for it... If we consider the recent performances, I would say Betis deserve it more. Antony has done magic I assume.    Since he came they have been unstoppable.

So this is the international break, what can Flick do to strengthen the squad?, because we all know, the main Barcelona player may not play on that crucial match which I think will affect the performance to hold 1st standing. The league title race is too intense for we to say any team is the champion now. Barcelona are still topping the league now but other things might occur that would affect their form especially losing a key player to injury and this is among the reason they got ahead of Real Madrid again this season in the title race.

I love how intense it's Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid still has hope as long as they don't drop point and Barcelona does , they can get on track again.

In the beginning of the season, there were signs everywhere that Real Madrid isn't going to make it to where they are now but along the way, Barcelona negligence affected them whole heartedly. The whole of that month was in loses for Barcelona and they dropped down all the way from top to third place, that was when Real Madrid had the opportunity to go back to the top but they also did lose some games in the end.

But to be honest, it is still difficult to hope that Barcelona can win it considering the depth of their squad. There are many young players in their squad who basically lose their minds quite easily, but if Hansi Flick can handle it then they have the possibility to win it.
