Exactly as I predicted before and Sevilla really didn't let any chance for Real Valladolid to score, their defense was quite consistent until the end and even though Real Valladolid got 6 shots on target but Marko Dmitrovic did very well in goal. This will be a big motivation for Sevilla to have the second leg in the Europa League and another advantage is that they are playing at home so the opportunities are getting bigger.
The match between Espanyol and Barcelona also ended in a big win, where Barcelona managed to beat Espanyol with a score of 2-4. Lewandowski appeared very impressive in this match and he managed to score two goals for Barcelona's victory, this victory also looked so perfect because Barcelona came out as La Liga champions this season.

Sevilla are slowly finding their way back and have been pretty consistent so far. I ignore their few defeats in the last few matches, but this team is much stronger compared to the start of the season. The great thing about Sevilla is that they have been stronger since beating Manchester United in the Europa League quarter-final second leg. Sevilla are more motivated and they have good confidence to qualify for the final.
About the success of Barcelona, ​​I honestly can't hide my joy. I've been very optimistic about Barcelona since the start of the season even though some people seem to insult them for no apparent reason. The best proof is the two titles that Barcelona managed to secure this season and they managed to beat their arch-rivals with a high difference in points.

Rayo are playing good football and they are very accurate in their passes but they couldn't break through Betis defence which made it impossible for them to score. The home side are on the lead and it an advantage for them that they will possibly have their three points tonight. I don't know if Rayo will be able to equalise these two goals in the second half or Betis will take advantage of the match and score more goals.

With the shopping you spend, it should be more next season than today. Barcelona should be able to play better and be in the UCL until the Final. Yes, Barcelona deserve that respect from whoever they are including Real Madrid fans or others. I believe it's fair when any team wins titles, I did the same when Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid won La Liga and the Champions League.

Now Xavi can breathe a sigh of relief after the team he built in the last two seasons managed to collect two prestigious titles in one season. I hope that next season Xavi can do his best in the Champions League, and of course they have to be prepared enough to spend a lot of money to buy some new players. The defense is still good, but sometimes Kounde isn't that good so Xavi also often plays Araujo on the left side of defence. Xavi needs financial support from Barcelona, he deserves it.

I know a lot of people are going to disagree with me on this one. But I don't believe that Barcelona is ready for the Champions League title. Well, Barcelona has the capability of reaching the Champions League final in my opinion. But in the end, I don't think they will be able to win. But I certainly doubt the capability of Barcelona when it comes to the biggest competition of football after the world cup.

Agree with what you said in this matter because Elche really played very loosely in this match. They were not daunted by the conditions facing Atletico, who were in second place in La Liga before, instead they were very brave in organizing attacks and compensating for what Atletico did.
Atlético on the other side of the game struggled a bit and they really weren't doing too well as they were a bit intimidated by the scheme from Elche which cost them their trip this week.

The game was even in terms of possession and chances I felt and I don't know what the problem was in this regard which made Atlético seem quite bad and Elche was very good in this game.
They missed the opportunity to be in second place because Madrid got it again because of their defeat in this game.

It's hard to understand Atletico's condition even though they are actually still quite good in this match but on the other hand, Elche is also very good.
They are aware that they will not be able to play in La Liga again for next season so it is likely that they only want to show the best of what they feel and it is true in this case they play with no burden there.
It's a shame to see Elche perform like this when they've already had to move to Segunda B. Even so, it's good that they're doing something like this in the remaining matches now.

As for Ateltico at the moment they really have to give up second place again and I think this is not going to get back until the end of the season even though Madrid's focus is still on the Champions League second leg but they are also not messing around for the remaining matches in La Liga at the moment.

as an interesting match between Real Betis and Rayo in the second half. The second half wasn't that easy for both clubs as they played tirelessly to enable them score, Rayo scored just one goal. It was a magnificent goal which was scored by Comesana with a flying header and a cross was made by Fran Garcia in the 55th minutes of the game

What a beautiful through pass from Rodri to Borja which would have been a goal but the goal keeper rushed out to distract Borja by hitting the ball. Real Betis missed so much opportunities that couldn't be converted to a goal. Real Betis played attacking football throughout the match. What a wonderful shot from Borja with an assist from Joachim give  his side the last minute goal in the match to end the game 3-1 in favour of Real Betis. Real Betis is right behind Villareal with two points difference. If Villarreal is not care they can be replaced by Real Betis on the 5th position.

By their performance next season you will know if they are ready to win the Champions league, you are just looking at Barcelona's this way because of their target of winning LaLiga.  Barcelona winning LaLiga this season,  they would want to get something different next season  which will be champions league.

As Barcelona have announced their title finally by the victory they obtained in the Catalan derby they would just start thinking about what they can do for next season. Because the expectations will get bigger from them. People will expect to see success in the Champions League absolutely. I don't feel like they are strong enough to go for the title yet but they can do better than getting stuck in the group stage at least.

When it comes to Real Madrid they have already been focused on the Champions League title. If they fail then Ancelotti would most probably leave. Actually he still looks like he is leaving anyway as there have been news linking him with Brazil national team job for a long time.

Today, I faced a barrage of trolling from numerous Barcelona fans simply because I chose not to watch the match. Deep down, I knew Barcelona would emerge victorious, but I deliberately avoided witnessing it unfold. The reason is, it would have saddened me to remember how Real Madrid wasted countless golden opportunities that could have translated into valuable points, all those chances amounted to nothing. However, we are optimistic as we look ahead to the next season, we are not entering the competition merely to participate, we are determined to make a substantial impact that no other team will come close to our prowess and dominance by next season.

The Champions League is yet to finalize the list of successful teams that will advance to the group stage, but many Barcelona fans are already indulging in unrealistic fantasies of their team's success in the upcoming season. I don't know exactly whether Barcelona have returned to a fairly good form financially after they won the league championship or they are still in a financial crisis. What I know is that Barcelona wants to return Messi to Camp Nou in the next season's transfer window where the Barcelona legend Lionel Messi will end his contract with PSG.

Apart from that there are other steps they can take in balancing their spending as barcelona can let go of some players who haven't performed well this season and bring in players who are of good quality in the transfer market.

Real madrid is still quite strong, I believe they can provide a more impressive resistance to barcelona next season.  Everything will look more heated between Real Madrid and Barcelona next season.

I'm not even seeing Barcelona to have a share in the championship in the next 4 years to come ... atleast not with the present squad.
I believe they need a lot of rehabilitations on the team; cus it's not about qualifying for the champions league and playing too, but it's about being able to hold on one position for another...AFAIK, I don't think they have that ability yet. I don't think all they need is a couple of old and weary players like lewan,..I think we've got Young stars in the hood,..since they're just begining Thier career, they'll wanna play to the fullest for a better achievements at the end.

I'm a Real Madrid fan, too. However, I think Barcelona deserves to win the La Liga trophy. Barcelona could play more consistently during this season, they didn't miss too many chances of 3 points. I know that Atletico Madrid are already very safe in top four now but they have been trying to finish the season at the best position possible which is the 2nd one. But this inexplicable loss helped Real Madrid get back the position from them for now.

The match has ended with betis was winning the game against vallecano. Some people in here were making correct prediction about betis. Rayo and betis may have unstable performance this season but people must remember it if betis is far above vallecano right now.
It doesn't even make sense if people were picking vallecano at least if they were really risking their money but they lose it now. A great game by real betis. It makes its position even stronger to be qualified for europa league again.

Betis is not putting ball posession as the main concern but it was focusing about how to build proper attack against its opponent. That's why betis was making three goals against vallecano. A big win for betis. Vallecano lose nothing in this match caused by it has no target to be achieved.
Keep playing in la liga next season is more than enough for vallecano right now. It looks so good to see it happen. Betis completing its job by beating vallecano.

Yes but as you already pointed out yourself, who cares? I know that for professional soccer players the goal should always be to give the best you can, but when there are no more goals to be achieved for a season, it isn't unusual that a favorite team loses against an underdog. This is actually a time where placing bets on the underdog can make a lot of sense. Fighting for second rank is never wrong of course as that would have also given them the title of the vice champion, but it isn't really worth anything. The only thing that could have mattered is perhaps the financial reward from La Liga TV and ad income.

Yes, the problem of being overconfident like that actually makes them feel at a loss in this competition.
They are too confident with their conditions and Elche which is actually quite different but in the end their scheme really succeeded in being broken by Elche very well. Now Atletico have to come back to accept that they are in 3rd position even though their Champions League guarantee is not touched by other clubs.

If they don't face the transfer ban and Messi joins the team, they can create an incredible offensive line with Messi and Lewandowski. I know they are a bit old but I think Lewa can create great offensive organizations with Messi while playing in the target striker position. Also, we know that Barcelona are seriously interested in Ilkay Gundogan and that Xavi very much wants Ilkay Gundogan to be transferred to the team. They aim to make good transfers without paying a testimonial fee, and if these transfers take place, I think they can do well in the champions league again.
