Antonio Griezmann's decline in form in recent years is something I don't really know the actual cause.

Sevilla are a quite interesting team that they can win the Europa League title even when they are having a bad season generally. I don't know which Griezmann you watched but the Antoine Griezmann of Atletico was exceptional last season.
Griezmann was even in the La Liga team of the season and was a candidate for the player of the season.

If he feels Saudi is the best decision for him then fine. Atletico need money and they might be happy to sell, but I doubt they would want to lose Griezmann.

Antoine Griezmann who was once one of the finest footballers in Europe currently looks like a shadow of the same footballer we were seeing in Madrid years ago before he joined Barcelona. Yes, Griezmann is something like talented player, but you know he is not a someone like regular scorer. I can see he still managed to pull 15 goals in La Liga previous season with Atletico Madrid, also 38 appearances in La Liga. I have to say that he really played decent enough but if you look at his age he is currently near around 33 years old.

So I have to agree that he has played really well with Atletico Madrid, But I have doubts about his ability for playing with bigger club in the future. And so if Griezmann gets an offer of big wages from a Saudi club, I think he should go to Saudi.  He can earn a lot of money from Saudi clubs. It is really good that at 33 years old Griezmann's fitness is quite smooth, so I think he can easily play 2/3 more seasons in La Liga.

Seriously, I was expecting Real Madrid to sign Mbbape or one smart striker that will replace Benzema before the next season starts, but currently, I don't think they have the intention to sign any new striker because they're not currently talking about bringing any striker before their domestic league starts. If we have to check their preseason performances, Real Madrid have nothing left except that striking power, because despite their efforts to play good football by always controlling the pitch in preseason games, their scoring abilities are seriously weak.
