Tactically I agree with you, but I have doubts about the result because Ancelotti is faced with several problems. The team has lost several important players in defense, goalkeeper and also in attack, so I don't think it will be easy to make any adjustments without detrimental consequences.

If I were to say I would say that Modric, Kroos and Benzema did their best to groom those young players before now and I am sure the young players have learnt alot of it before now. After this season the playing period of these old players will have to reduce very well and the younger ones will take very much charge. Jude Bellingham easily blended with the Madrid team, I do not think that they have much things to debate on him to adapt, he is good and wonderfully made just like the other young players.

I respectfully disagree with you, Modric and Kroos are so important to Real Madrid because they still perform well and nobody yet to replace their position in the team or play better and for them we can apply the quote that says age is just a number, But it’s not due to Ancelotti that they stayed or it’s from wisdom I see it as logic and they prefer to stay in Real Madrid that’s all. The coach for me has lost more than he earned especially last season when they lost LaLiga title and UCL, So i can say that from what he missed and the amount of mistakes he have done I prefer that the white house management changed and brought a new coach who can find the best tactics for this great team of players.
After Benzema is gone and even before him the administration didn’t look for a replacement and a good alternative that will be the new striker, now Real Madrid is having a hard time in the attack.

This palyer is playing for Real Madrid on loan and he joined the team to take the place of Karim Benzema after he left Real Madrid to the Saudi teams. But Joselu is not a young palyer to say he can be a good forward in Real Madrid in the next years.

Camavinga for Right Back? Man! That's archery  They can convert him to be the replacement for Karim Benzema then.

I said it countless times, Real Madrid should get a backup for Dani Carvajal, he was a weak link when they faced Manchester City and the midfielder's didn't attack enough just the way Vinicius wanted to open space for him. Toni Kroos had some little errors when it came to attacking last season at most during big game.

Camavinga would be a better option for the Left Full Back Position not the other.

Ancelotti is one of the most experienced managers ever so he will never select a player in the XI based only on recent performances. Joselu replaced Vinicius Jr. in the XI when Vinicius Jr. was out of the XI due to injury. Joselu has given his best performance in the last few matches since getting a place in the XI.  
With Vinicius Jr. fully fit from injury and sure to return to his place, where does Joselu stand? With everyone doing well in his position at the moment, Joselu could once again be an irregular star for Real Madrid if Vinicius Jr is fully fit from injury soon.

Joselu is a player who was never even known before joining Real Madrid. I never paid attention to Joselu's style of play before he was loaned to Real Madrid.
