Some great midfielders of madrid are too old for now. The club doesn't have reliable midfielders other than modric and kross at this moment. Bellingham played as attacking midfielder. I can't even expect a lot from him at this moment.

Managers don’t think like that it’s just difficult to manage a team sometimes so all this setbacks affect the progress of the team. No manager would ever want to let go of the champions league just to win a domestic trophy.

Did the Sevilla manager last season think that it would be right to win the Europa League in order to qualify for the Champions League and then they can just neglect La Liga games? This is so crazy to believe that any manager makes plans like that. I would be embarrassed to come up with that idea. Barcelona just did not have the quality to win the Champions League and since Real Madrid fell so far behind in La Liga, which they usually don't, Barcelona could win that title with ease.

Last season things didn't go smoothly for Barcelona in the Champions League. Barcelona was not very strong last season that was why they didn't consider other competitions just only laliga wad their target, if they had focused on champions league,  copa and other they would not have meet up to win laliga. Winning laliga wasn't even for Barcelona,  Barcelona struggled in some of their games in laliga.  Xavi took the right decision by focusing on laliga and the team didn't fail ro become the Champions for last season.
