Hansi Flick is definitely a great manager, but he is more of a "win now" manager, which is great of course but then it leaves the club in dust after he starts to fail, don't get me wrong. Let me tell you, a lot of managers like that came to Barcelona, and getting the league title is not the end result, that's just something that happens sometimes. Teams act like one season is all they have, they act like they need to win the title now or they are not going to win it ever again.

What Xavi had is something that wouldn't get them the title maybe a few years in a row, who knows? But, it would have made them not only win titles back to back many times after a while when these players grow, but also it would have allowed them to sell some of their young talents and spend less and get rid of the debt.

Xavi was the best coach Barcelona could ever have at this era,he knew everything that they needed to be successful,and he did it in his first season,and it was that season he won the   Lalliga,the other season,his attention was focused on the Champions league,he thought he would be able to lift that trophy,but it was so unfortunate for him and the team,they were removed in the quater finals of the tournament.
To me he tried,it isn't easy to build a team from it worst moment to a moment of joy when they lifted the Lalliga trophy,and I hope he finds a job at somewhere he would love.

Yes he did tried alot as he didn't meet his expectation, I know he still wish in his heart to stay and fight more for the clubs success  but I think Laporta  made or gave somethings which he might dislike or probably Laporta just freed him.... not to sure why he changed his mind the second time.
Barcelona could have achieved more IMV if Xavi had stayed more in the club because  I think he has some plans for the team ,let's see the next move from the new coach hopefully he carries on right from where xavi stopped.

Xavi brought Barcelona to good places as much as he could. Barcelona is now at an important turning point. Barcelona will continue with Hansi Flick. I'm sure Xavi will have a great future. This is the truth though. The current squad does not consist of players good enough to compete with Real Madrid. Real Madrid has built the squad for the next 5 years and they have a super-functioning system, but Barcelona is far from this. Although Madrid gave away too many chances in the first half, they managed to recover in the second half. They were much more effective in the second half, and even if Kobel had had a bad day, the match would have ended with a score of 4-5 goals. Although Kobel conceded 2 goals, he prevented 3 goals. The Real Madrid team is built in a very structured manner with excellent distribution of quality and regeneration, which makes this team very strong, even though several of their mainstay players have left, this does not affect the quality of the team in any way.

Real Madrid have proven it severally that their squad is way beyond a regular team in Europe, they aren't even equals with top team from other European leagues this season or even next season, it's different to have your first 11 to be at their best and are such a good team and it's totally in a different level to have your first 11 and your reserve team as good as each other such that they appear as a perfect blend and compliment.

Madrid have such a strength that it appears injury may not be a problem as if they get hit by injury, they are not going to get affected because they are such a team that have the perfect replacement and tactics that helps them cover for players absence, even if it's a very vital player, there's a good way out to substitute for such player. Dortmund is yet to get to that level that they will be able to put up a challenge against Madrid enough to deni them of a champions league title, if it were to be that Dortmund were winning in the first half, I'm certain it would have ended in a draw and taken to extra time.

Dortmund did their best too and their performance wasn't bad aswell too because they were dominant at some point in the first  half and had several chances that were missed of which they would have been opportuned to get some goals and win their game in the first half so both teams did played well but Madrid did better and won.
