Hansi Flick certainly needs time to develop his squad, if he does not receive overall financial support, Flick will use young players from La Masia to complement any deficiencies in his squad. I really believe that Barcelona can get out of all the problems that have befallen them so far, they need to walk slowly to return to their glory days.
