I don't think there was much issue getting Mbappe to come to Real Madrid because before he signed last Contract at psg he was expected to join Real Madrid at that time they were even ready to pay for him but after the contract Madrid felt betrayed and did somehow moved on.

Sevilla previously was recognized as big team in Laliga this because they were very often to finish at top 4 and playing at Champion League and people too already know Sevilla is the most successful team in Europa League because they can able to gets 7 titles which this is the most titles in that competition but everything was change when they were declared almost bankrupt due to financial problems last year and it makes Sevilla have sell some of their key players to balanced their financial condition and these situations too makes them unable to buy good quality players because Sevilla don't have enough money to do that

Something that has made them have difficulty competing in Laliga in recent seasons is money, and all clubs that have financial problems will always find it difficult to compete.
