I was surprised with seeing Atletico Madrid lose points last night. Actually they scored the equalizer quite early in the second half. But there was still no goal in the remaining half... 

Simeone continues to give Alvarez lots of chances to see his improvement. But unfortunately he couldn't make any impact on the game despite playing for the whole game. But he scored against Valencia previously so I hope he will get better slowly. I don't know maybe it is better to start with Griezmann instead while he is in a much better shape. Alvarez entered in the second half of the Valencia game and still scored in the end.

I expected better from Atletico Madrid yesterday but was surprised that they had to come from behind to get a draw against Rayo Vallecano. Diego Simeone's men are now 6 points behind league leaders Barcelona after just 6 Spanish La Liga games. That's not a good record for a club that's interested in contending for the league title this season. Julian Alvarez in my own assessment haven't been able to live up to expectations of Atletico Madrid fans and that I think is probably caused by the club's style of play because I know that on a normal day, the Argentina striker is one player that can get you goals. Maybe he'll work to improve himself in subsequent games

Real Betis vs Mallorca

Realistically, these two teams actually currently have equal results and in terms of performance, Betis and Mallorca have equal performance. But, on paper, Real Betis is much more favored because they only lost once and on the one hand, in terms of H2H, Mallorca has always failed to compete with Real Betis who is currently the host in today's match.
My prediction is that the final result is that Real Betis has a great chance of winning with a narrow score difference.

Leading the standings with 18 points, with Real Madrid 4 points behind in second place, a performance that must be maintained if they want to be champions at the end of the season. However, the defeat against AS Monaco in the Champions League broke the positive trend that had been created, although I think they reasonable to lose as they only played with 10 men. However, the performance shown by Barcelona at this time deserves praise, because some of their players are still injured. Hansi Flick has managed to overcome most of the challenges, by utilizing the players available. When the players are fully available, they can most likely perform consistently in various competitions.

I am 100% in support of the young Barcelona squad, the players we all underrated in the beginning of the season just because Barcelona couldn’t add any big name player to their squad. The young players are now leading the Laliga table under the management of Henson Flick who believe in them just to make the team better.

Actually when talking about the age vulnerability for the players of these two big clubs is not much different where Madrid is currently the majority of its players are still very young and Barcelona is also the same there are only a few players who are considered seniors in the club at this time and of course this regeneration is very good to make the rivalry continue to be maintained until the next years for these two clubs in La Liga.

In fact, they won all their six Laliga matches which is enough for us to praise them, and the way they are comfortably winning their games, I don’t think they will lose or drop any point so Madrid just have to be consistent and wait to see if Barcelona will lose maybe due to injuries or fatigue because they don’t have squad depth compare to Madrid.

It all comes down to performance and mentality because when it comes to the championship it's clear that it can't be determined just by the start of the season but by the start of the season, the middle of the season and the end of the season. When a club can consistently go through this phase then they will be the ones at the end of the season who will finish in first place but when consistency is slowly lost then it will be very difficult to get the trophy because after all their rivals are still there and will take advantage of that.

When Barcelona consistency is still maintained, Madrid will definitely be troubled to overtake their 4-point gap but when Barcelona starts to be troubled by the competition especially when their focus is divided between La Liga and the Champions League, it could be utilized by Madrid in order to gain momentum to overtake Barcelona's current position.

Barcelona's 100% start to the season brought to a disappointing end last midweek after they traveled France to play against Monaco in their first UEFA Champions League game of the season and that brought many criticisms to the team. Some persons were of the opinion that despite Barcelona's previous results before the game, they do not have all it takes to win in big matches. In their response to the critics today, the Spanish La Liga league leaders delivered another scintillating performance against Villarreal to continue to their impressive performance in the league. My question now is should we consider Barcelona as a club that can only do well in the league and get beaten in European competitions?

This reflects how strong Barcelona are now, for Villarreal this is the first defeat in La Liga and especially this is a defeat at home, where these guys are very strong, but even they conceded 5 goals from Barcelona. It seems that Barcelona are doing great in La Liga, now they have to do the same thing a few times in the Champions League to get some points, although I have no doubt that for them to reach the playoffs will be an easy task, and the defeat to Monaco is an accident. The next games will be with Getafe and Osasuna, I think these should be easy wins, and then the match with Young Boys in the Champions League, I expect Barcelona to score at least 4 goals in this match.

Barcelona continues to extend their winning streak in the current league, of the 6 matches they have played have all been achieved with perfect victories thus making Barcelona, Madrid and Atletico unbeaten teams this season, Barcelona current performance actually silences all our previous doubts who thought that Barcelona was no longer great after all the problems that befell them.
Although Barcelona journey in the Champions League is not as good as in La Liga but the defeat to Monaco does not make their chances of qualifying for the round of 16 of the Champions League closed at the moment because they still have  7 teams as opponents  that may give them points later, I think for now Barcelona must focus on La Liga because it is very important for them to maintain consistency and also the mentality of winning in the current league rather than thinking about the match Both Champions Leagues which will be played in 3 weeks again.

FC Barcelona football team was  favorite for that match and they won the heart of their fans by giving great performance. They won the match one sided. All players were looking in good form and they gave their all efforts. R. Lewandowski is one of my favorite player and he played according to my expectations and he did 2 goal for his, team and he was match changer in this team and he applied pressure on opponent team from the start of  match. Raphinha also did 2 goal in this match  he his performance was end performance and he bent the match to their sides.   FC Barcelona  team has good points in this match ans he is present at the top of table and Villarreal CF team has 11 points.

He can't find the chances he found in Manchester City because he's in Atletico Madrid. Alvarez was getting into very good positions in Manchester City and he was making good use of these positions. Atletico Madrid is a team that can create fewer chances. Manchester City's players work like a machine, but Atletico Madrid's players are a bit slower in this regard. Alvarez will score more goals as he gradually adapts to the team.

You are right, Barcelona's performance in 6 La Liga matches is very impressive. However, in fact, the atmosphere of La Liga and Champions League matches is very different and that is what causes Barcelona to fail to maintain its good trend in winning matches. The defeat against Monaco can be considered normal because at that time Barcelona only played with 10 players since Eric Garcia received a red card.

Barcelona have not only won all their La Liga games so far, but they are the most productive team compared to 19 other teams including Real Madrid. The spirit and morale of this team is fine even though internally they have unresolved problems, especially financial problems. The way they play is very good for now but there are still some gaps that do need to be fixed especially for communication problems and individual player errors.
We take for example when they lost to Monaco in the first week of the Champions League, they started with high confidence but the lack of communication made them make quite fatal mistakes which in the end had Eric Garcia getting a red card and they could not do much when they had to lose the match.

Things like this although quite rare but still must be minimized from the start if they want something good this season because after all, a good attacking scheme and the quality of their attacks that are difficult to block will be destroyed when communication and individual errors occur again in other matches.

The best thing about this season is that we can have good teams playing very well and getting us these type of dominant performances so watching it is quite fun and entertaining at the same time.

Looking at Atletico Madrid's performance in yesterday's match, it doesn't look like they are ready to compete for the title this season. But if we look at how Atletico Madrid played in previous matches. So actually this team is still quite good as usual. It's just that it seems like Atletico Madrid sometimes aren't able to win in matches they should be able to win. this is the same as when they played against Espanyol. At that time, Atletico Madrid could only get a draw. Even though we know that Atletico Madrid is much better in terms of squad depth and performance.
