He brought in several players from the academy and also several other players, unfortunately the only one who shone was Lamine Yamal last season. He needs to work more if he wants to become like Messi. I see him to be looking up to Messi as his role model and for him to achieve that, he needs to put in more hard work and sacrifice for the team. That statement is valid for a player who managed to make his team win, if the result is not winning too then I'm sure the statement is not so. They couldn't do anything against them, and sometimes you need to be reminded that you can't always win, and this is the worst Barcelona has done to Madrid. No one expected things to turn out this way, but it's good that things have to change.

Yamal being a messi-like player?, Well, not too sure of how that's going to work, but to be honest, the young lad is just too incredible. I think he will perform better, if actually we don't have too many expectations from him like we had in Ansu fati or mbappe.

Watching that game feels like watching the old Barce. And, I've noticed that most people are just focused on either Yamal/Gavi/Pedri, which I guess they haven't take a little moment to observed how good Cubarsi and Balde plays (hope I spelt that right). I was shocked when I discovered that cubarsi is just 17years old, and he is literally handling the defense like a pro. Balde is also an incredible left back that has been doing great as well. I think as Barce stands now, they already have the quality and the squad depth. So, maybe in the next 3-4years, we might be seeing majority of their players from age 17-26/27.
