Anceloti purposely used that formation and he didn't just used it for El clasico only, I have seen him used that style when Vinicious went to injury and was using Rodrigo and Mbape as forward, even last season he has used Rodrigo and Bellingham interchangeably just to make things be his comfort. The last match they played was because Rodrigo is in injury and he didn't want to start Brahim the way he do patch them, he was scared and the worst happened again.

I don't think Laliga might really be their thing to win this season, 2 seasons ago they made the same mistake and they couldn't keep up again. They've always have young talented players in the team ... just a little bit of extra management could have proof that before now, so I will still conclude that good management can yield better  performance .
Flick took the offer even after knowing the financial sate of Barcelona which means he knows the resources is available and he's willing to take the risk, the only player he signed was only Dani olmo and that was a good signing imo (the boy is playing at his peek). Lewandowski is still a goal  scorer though at the edge of the season he was not upto some task but recently there's been alot of improvement, age is just a number if he's upto the task, there's no need to change besides I believe Flick has or building a back up for him in the meantime
