I knew this game was going to be very difficult for Real Madrid, because Real Madrid have not been in a very good form recently, and their exit from the Champions League I wonder if they have gotten over it.  Athletic Club have been in a very good form of recently, I expected them to give Real Madrid a run of there money, Real Madrid lacks a striker, I think it's time for them to get a striker. That team lacks a striker. That should be a priority for Florentino Perez. 

It was very obvious, Athletico club put up a strong fight against Real Madrid yesterday but Madrid were fortunate to secured a crucial victory in a dramatic finish. I don't think Real Madrid really need an extra striker apart from the already existing forward they have. What they need now is how to make use of them properly because I observe the formation they use yesterday was very similar to that of last season.

Real madrid forwards Rodrygo, Mbappe and Vini shouldn't be starting all together at the same time but instead should be rotated while Bellingham should be given a free role. Vini seems to even play better when Mbappe is not playing but his problem remains poor decision making. He's good but he doesn't know when to pass and when to dribble.

Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti doing his best to manage all these potential players in his squad. It's rather difficult to work with these players all present on the pitch, there's room for adjustment and we know they're not having some good chemistry together. The system where Kylian Mbappe appear in the picture is not favorable for Real Madrid progress this season. From time to time, we've witnessed how they've struggle and survived this season, they're unable to reach maximum potential and we know that's slightly not good enough for them. There's certain odds, Real Madrid will do better next season.

Madrid would have won the game,if they had Mbappe in the second half, because with the second half, Real Madrid started to find more opportunities; they made Atletic Bilbao retreat completely to defense and that is where Mbappe comes in to play speed-wise,ball control, acceleration,heading,R2,....

Mbappe has alot of advantage over his replacement in so many ways, name it. But his time mates couldn't do without his finishes. There hasn't been an effective opportunity for Real Madrid so far, I wouldn't be surprised if Atletic Bilbao goes into defense and scores a goal when Real Madrid least expects it.

Federico Valverde scored a brilliant goal at injury time, which R.Madrid narrowly won by three points over Athletic Bilbao, but it was still a tough game for Real Madrid because Athletic Bilbao had a solid defense today that was difficult for R.Madrid to break, but before the final whistle, Bilbao couldn't keep the pressure until the end, but it was a nice performance from both sides.

Now in the standings between Real Madrid & Barcelona there is a difference of 4 points, which is still quite far considering there are only a few more matches & losing 1 match will not be a big problem for Barcelona.

Real were aggressive from the start of the match but were not strong enough to score goals. Vinicius played well in attack but the others did not perform well. I realized that Real Madrid need more skilled and great attacking players who can perform better in the absence of other players because the situation of the whole team seemed discorderly to me because Mbappe could not play in this match.

In the 34th round Real and Barcelona also have easy opponents, so it looks like they will approach the Clasico with the current state of affairs, so if Barcelona at least does not lose, then 99% will secure the title.

I know it sounds weird but I do agree with you: the only real striker they have is Mbappé, and even though he is a very good player he is not as good as Cristiano Ronaldo or Benzema, who used to play a lot for the team. The other forwards they have are Vinicius and Rodrygo and they are not goalscorer, actually they miss quite a lot of chances. When they used to have CR7, Benzema and Bale it was a totally different story.

Even, Mbappe was a winger in PSG, so there is no pure striker in Real Madrid. It is quite different with the era of Ronaldo, at that time Real Madrid has Benzema as a pure striker. Moreover, Ronaldo was sharper than a pure striker, he can score goals in any position. Real Madrid became stronger when Bale joined the team. This man was strong in physical and has a great ability as attacker. It is quite different with the current attackers in Real Madrid, all the attackers have no strong physical and they have no great accuracy in shooting. Meanwhile, Real Betis is still the same as usual. I predict Real Betis will win by a narrow score. But actually I also expect both teams to score goals in this match.

Still, he scored the most goals this season.
Forwards Bryan Gil, Miovski and Ruiz were a big disappointment. The total goal contribution of the three players is only 12. It's only natural that they are so far behind in the standings when they are a barren team that can't score goals.

I don't know if they will win against Real Betis today, but they urgently need to collect points. Otherwise they risk relegation. Even 1 point from this match is very important.
I think they'll stay in the league though. Leganes, Alaves and Las Palmas are not better teams than them.

Real Madrid are not short of strikers, but they are more short of midfielders who are able to supply and give the best passes to their forwards in the front line. In addition, Real Madrid's back line also needs to be fixed because in that sector there are still shortcomings this season so there are many failures that Real Madrid cannot achieve this season. As for their elimination from the Champions League with Real Madrid's current condition, I think that is normal and Real Madrid must have forgotten it because Real Madrid are not a whiny team because they have collected 15 Champions League trophies during their career.

You should probably abandon this kind of argument because Real Madrid has been fortunately able to win recently. The opportunity that Real Madrid has at the moment does not seem like they are the right candidate for it. There is no certainty. There is always another possibility. It is going very badly for Real Madrid this year. If they do not win the Spanish league, it will be even worse. Carlo Ancelotti will probably end his Real Madrid career at the end of this season. It seems that he will continue to manage Brazil, but I think he has been successful under Real Madrid in general. I hope the new manager can be at least as successful as him.

I also agree with you, Real Madrid did not score any goal in the whole time, Athletic Club played with equal performance against Real Madrid. And luckily Real Madrid could score a goal in 90'+3' minute, which was at the very last ending time. And we can never call this kind of victory reasonable, if Real Madrid could score this goal before 60' minute, it would have been reasonable. Undoubtedly Real Madrid win today's match because of their luck.

Isn't the Barcelona vs Celta match more about Barcelona's luck than the Real Madrid vs Bilbao match?
Barcelona almost drew if the penalty was not awarded in the last minute. While Real Madrid with their hard work managed to get a goal through Valverde.
Bilbao's strength with Celta Vigo is better Bilbao so they were able to make it difficult for Real Madrid until the end of the match.

In the 33rd match we will see how tight the competition will be. Barcelona will be visited by Mallorca, while Real Madrid will travel to Getafe.

If Girona had not released several of their main players in the transfer market at the beginning of this season, perhaps Girona would still be very strong this season. Unfortunately this team let go of some of their best players and now the results are like what we can see this season. Girona is really down at the moment. And yes, I also think that in today's match Real Betis will beat Girona. Girona, which is currently very close to the relegation zone, really indicates that Girona has lost its strength. Even though last season we were all very excited to see the revival of this team which we hope will continue to perform well this season. But unfortunately our hopes of seeing Girona remain strong did not come true at all. And that's for pretty obvious reasons.
