You have been pretty good on point with your assessment as to what to expect from the game against Al Hilal. I assume that it is good news for Xabi Alonso that Garcia scored a goal as he came in as a substitute for Mbappe, but other than that this game is probably going to end in a draw with not a lot of impressive football going on.

Alonso went for this challenge and he was fully convinced to do the right thing here, but I can imagine that he underestimates how much of a hot seat the job at Real Madrid can be. But Messi left Barcelona when he knew they needed him most; when Barcelona were not financially stable, that is when Messi left the club, and I think that is when they needed him most because he was their key player then, but he refused and left the club.
