‘I’m losing patience’ – Frustrated Jude Bellingham reveals he’s set to undergo surgery

Jude Bellingham is finally set for shoulder surgery a whole 19 months after first dislocating it.

The Real Madrid megastar admitted he’s ‘losing patience’ with his ailment having worn strapping over his left collar bone and shoulder ever since.

Speaking after a 2-0 win over Pachuca at the Club World Cup, Bellingham confirmed his next steps to the media.

"I've gotten to the point where the pain isn't so bad,” he said. “I was tired of playing with the sling.

“I'm losing a lot of weight from sweating so much, and I’ll have surgery after the tournament.

“I've been waiting a while, and my patience is running out, but the physios and doctors have been incredible, and I want to feel free."

Bellingham suffered the initial injury on November 5, 2023 during a tangle with Rayo Vallecano’s Isi Palazon.

He initially missed a handful of games, but with Madrid in the midst of a treble charge, he opted against surgery to continue playing.

The England midfielder completed the season with Champions League, LaLiga and Supercopa triumphs as Madrid’s best player in his debut campaign.
