Xabi Alonso is a great coach, he has proven it when he was able to drastically improve Leverkusen's performance and even won the Bundesliga title that the team had not won for a long time, that is proof that Xabi Alonso is a great coach so that Real Madrid management recruited him.

Managers are very indulging with their formation depending on the kind of players in each club. Player capabilities from Bayer Leverkusen will not be the same in Real Madrid, forcing players to adapt according or in a way that isn't their style will slow down the result of the team. This new coach in real Madrid as only one task which is to unite the team and make them play as team with love for each other without wanting to compete with each other if he can achieve this then real Madrid will be unstoppable next season, real Madrid already have good players that are very good but I just feel that they are not playing in unity that is why they are not doing well, those top players there wants to at shine the other, one thing all those players don't know is that the more they don't corporate the more they will suffer for it because they won't lift any trophy and before you know it there market value will be dropping and i think the Coach needs to tell them this so they can sit up and work as a team.

Flick has been doing so well ever since he took over from xavi, the legacy of xavi did set a very good foundation for Flick to build upon and he has been doing so well with it all this time. In the last tournament  we saw match of Girona football team which they played against Atlético Madrid football team and that was one sided match because one team did back to back goals in this match and opponent team was silent in this match and they could do any goal in this match. Sørloth was a prominent player of this match and I am impressed by that player because he did 3 goals in this match which was prominent performance by that player and he did 3 goals in the second half when it was requirement of team. He did 2 goals in 3 minutes and Girona team has many limitations and they have to work on that if they want to see better performance in next season.Players have to fight well in every match as that is necessary for them.

In as much as I agree with you that xavi helped Barcelona to build a formidable team before leaving to allow flick to do the rest, i still want you to understand that if flick didn't continue from where he stopped to give the team a quality coaching pattern, it would've been another story so continuity is what matters and I give kudos to flicks because he made it happen, no doubt xabi was also good, personally I will want to give praises to the two managers different I got my reasons, both managers coaching style are different and again with what we know they got different results too, we know where flick started from with Barcelona and where he landed them last, so let's see what he got in upcoming season, may be then I can actually make full comparison about him and xabi, for now I stop it here.
