It's been reported that Flick has handed Barcelona players more stricter rules, now there will be no more partying for Barcelona players so long as the season is still on, personally, I believe this might come in after the saga of Yamal's birthday party few weeks ago. It's a new internal code of conduct for his players, no more much distractions from the players, only focus on the goal which is to play for team.

Barcelona squad, he is not the type of players they will sell to get good amount of money, to get money from player sales, they need to sell a big player, but if you check Barcelona squad, you will notice that only their key players are worthy of making the team rich, they don’t have good bench, or players in the bench that should raise above £50 million which is not advisable as a big team, because if they can’t make money from player sells, the only way I think they can earn money is through sponsorship and maybe if they win trophy just as they didn’t last season.

It is truly tough to see talented player like Rodrygo struggle for playing time at big club like Real Madrid especially when it seemed he was part of their plans. However his strong desire to stay in Europe for his career is smart move. And playing in Europe top leagues offers best competition keeps him visible for his national team and future club opportunities and provides top notch training for his development. Saw a news last night regarding Real Madrid and it's midfield. It's no longer a news that Bellingham will be out for about 12 weeks or more after undergoing a shoulder surgery last week or two ago. And some of us here has been suggesting that Real Madrid will buy a midfielder but the news I saw yesterday is getting more clearer than Real Madrid might not even sign any midfield again this summer, because they have identified Brahim Diaz as the replacement for Bellingham during the period he will be out recovering from the surgery. Now the question is, can Diaz hold that midfield?

When we see it we would believe if Diaz can actually make a standard of Bellingham, we can also answer this from the experience of Alonzo because if this will not work he will not do a try and error because his first season isn't something he would want to use unstable players, I no that if it was Modric nobody would have said if he could actually replace Bellingham because that's were everything we have got to no about him starts but unfortunate he is not there, so actually Diaz should do his best and besides 12 weeks is about three months and there match may not be too much from when the league will kickoff to that period.

I hope in the next season Diego Simeone will make some good progress because he is aiming to address all the weaknesses that have been remained unresolved since last season. So if Atlatico Madrid makes some vibrant progress, then for sure the La Liga title race will become more thrillful and competitive than the previous season. Barcelona and Real Madrid already done their job by signing a new player. Now it's turn of Diego Simeone. Like, will he really make any impact or not?

In terms of squad composition, Barcelona should be much stronger and more solid, with an extraordinary level of confidence and a winning mentality that has significantly increased since Hansi Flick's arrival.
