Chelsea and Rodrygo would be awesome combination for them, it would help Chelsea a ton and could take that team to a greater level, whereas if we are dealing with Rodrygo staying at Real Madrid, he would not get the playing time he wants and he will be sad. So him going to Chelsea would help him as well and he would be happy.

Sure he will not be in a team as dominant as Real Madrid, so he will need to get used to worse results on games, still not a relegation team though, it's the team that won the CWC which means that he would be going to a decent team. Elite clubs often finds it really difficult to win some random average team but that doesn't portray out the statistics that winning becomes more effective.

This was just a club friendlies with vissel kobe, but Barcelona thought it'd be a good idea to trash the living hell out of them regardless. Doesn't count, but I'm sure it would have been more "fire and fury" if it was a real competition.

The trashing was just 3-1, i expected more goals from Barcelona, on the average performance this is the scoreline for this fixture, seeing them try their new signings also contributed to only scoring 3 goals in the match. I'm more concerned about Rashford if he can make a good impact in the team, after going through the market as loaned and finally sealing the deal at Barcelona, he needs certain level of impact to avoid going back on the bench especially during tough matches.

Club-friendly matches are mainly to introduce the team and the players to another fresh season; they are usually not tough because that is the main time coaches are testing their tactics and newly implemented ideas about the whole team, and the new players will also get used to the club’s pattern of play and tactics against next season. And Barcelona were just trying to play almost all their players in the game so that they can all recover and be fit against next season.

The Barcelona team will only get more tough in their selections and anyone that performs below the teams expectations will be made to rest on the bench. It's their normal way of saying "you're not giving in your best, we want to retain you but we must see what you have to offer". Marcus Rashford of course is a close target -- he still needs a lot of playtime to determine his fate, but he needs to push through this heat. I think the pre-seasons are going well for them Btw.

Having enough of quality players in a team is very important, it will give the coach a very tough time to make the best selection for his team and that will be the best test for the coach because only big and experienced coaches can handle such teams.

It's been reported that Flick has handed Barcelona players more stricter rules, now there will be no more partying for Barcelona players so long as the season is still on, personally, I believe this might come in after the saga of Yamal's birthday party few weeks ago. It's a new internal code of conduct for his players, no more much distractions from the players, only focus on the goal which is to play for team.

I won’t see this as not a good move as it’ll be a very good thing for the whole club, it was done for the interest of the club. Asides Lamine Yamal, I don’t see too many players that love to party too much as he does, so maybe he might have influenced others much which could affect their overall performance in the season. All that time they have been resting so it's quite understandable that they have started their friendlier earlier than Real Madrid who are also probably resting for some time. So no, as of now, he is not clueless or making players lazy.

Here are some of the risks XA must accept when deciding to coach a big club with star players. This is because people no longer trust the process, as they expect results. Personally, I agree with what you said.
After Toni Kroos and Modrić left Real Madrid, there’s definitely been a drop in quality.
I don’t think they’ve found proper replacements for those two players yet.

Barcelona are the favorites for La Liga this season and they’ll most likely win all the domestic cups in Spain.
My expectations for Real Madrid are quite low, even in their most recent cup match, I don’t think they showed any signs of promise.
