Yes, seeing by their signings in this transfer window, there should be a significant difference compared to their performance last season. At least in their defense. So far Bellingham and Arda has been doing great but I still reserve some skepticism within that midfield because this are just preseason games and even at the club world cup I did not get impressed enough so I think when the season kicks off we get to see more and ascertain if to trust that dou in the midfield enough, this does not mean they are doing any bad but I would love time to test them some more through  the champions league and the la liga because those two leagues does holds some serious competition that will bring out the best in most players.

madrid are at a disadvantage as they have just finished the club world cup and have had only a limited amount of time to prepare for the start of the new la liga season. moreover, they have just made a major overhaul to the team and need some trial matches to assess how well the new players can adapt to the system implemented by xabi alonso. this will be crucial for them, as they must immediately face la liga’s tight schedule without going through an ideal pre-season. that means they will need to find their rhythm quickly, or risk dropping valuable points early in the season, which could cost them the la liga title.

Maybe that's why they were requesting that the La liga officials postpone their first match to give them more time to prepare.  Well it's been weeks since the Club World Cup ended so from then till the new season starts is enough time to prepare ahead of the new season. If they're looking for more time what would the likes of PSG and Chelsea that stayed in the competition till the end demand.

He was actually signed for 10 million if we look at it logically. He confirmed he wouldn’t be renewing his contract in June and that he had accepted the Real Madrid contract but his Liverpool contract then was to run until June ending before he will be declared a free agent but Real Madrid where already in the club world then and June ending will definitely hinder the players transfer and also his participation in the World Cup would be hindered so to hasten the whole process Real Madrid offered Liverpool 10 million to terminate his contract so that he can sign for them and register early for the club World Cup.

It was actually a good business in the end for Liverpool but they would have had extra 18 million as at January When Real Madrid were offering close 28 million then but they believed they could actually convince him to sign and stay for longer time as it was the same thing they did with Salah and Van Dijke little did they know that Arnold has actually agreed to sign for Real Madrid much much earlier than that. Nice games for new recruitment Marcus Rashford, he scored the 5th goals for Barcelona and looks can adapt well with Hansi Flick tactician, he was on the right place when scoring goals and very excellent his finishing. Despite Barcelona have many top players I think Rashford have chance get regular position how flexible play well at several attacking line position as right or left winger side until he can plays well as central forward.

After two victory at pre season matches, Barcelona only have on pre season match at Joan Gamper Trophy against Como before playing at La Liga match by facing Real Mallorca. You don't need to hold on to that doubt. We must remember Bellingham contributions before Mbappe arrival, he confidently helped Madrid win titles. And we should also remember that Arda is one of the young, ambitious players who keeps improving season by season. On the other hand, Madrid now has a top class coach in Alonso, who will truly make the most of every opportunity to take Madrid to the highest level in both the UCL and La Liga.

Maybe that's why they were requesting that the La liga officials postpone their first match to give them more time to prepare.  Well it's been weeks since the Club World Cup ended so from then till the new season starts is enough time to prepare ahead of the new season. I think Alonso has been monitoring these players before the new season started and he must have a plan of who will be in the lineup, as you say there is no doubt about Bellingham we all know how far his contribution I even saw him as a savior when Real Madrid was in a deadlock. For Arda yeah he is a young player who still needs a lot of experience to take his place as a starter and sometimes he is the right alternative as a substitute. For a non-decisive match like the Cup I am sure Arda is the main choice in the line up while giving him more playing opportunities and experience.
