Xabi knows exactly what a player can do because he was a magnificent player himself in the past. He played for Real Madrid and knows the weight of Real Madrid. I was hoping he would bring the best players to Real Madrid, where he currently leads the team, and he's made some truly excellent signings. Unlike Ancelotti, I see that Alonso works with the players a bit differently. When Ancelotti was the coach, everyone noted that the atmosphere within the team was very friendly. Ancelotti tried to maintain very good relationships with each player. With Alonso, things are a bit different he tries to take a more professional approach, and it's already clear that he doesn't have the best relationship with Rodrygo. I believe the same is happening with some other players at Real Madrid whom he doesn't plan to work with. Their playing styles are also different; Xabi relies on a style that prioritizes ball possession and attacking. I know this can take a bit of time, although all the players are very talented but the harmony is weak. Xabi main aim is also on players harmony so If such strategy works after some times there will be no doubt for real madrid to became one of the great teams in the next 5 to 10 years once again.

It is true that important players of Real Madrid are injured, but it is also true that all these players are trying hard to come back from injuries. Since the players are trying to come back, when they are fully fit and when they join the Real Madrid camp, Real Madrid will become a strong team again, especially in defense. It is very important for Real Madrid to come back, the way they lost to Barcelona last season was really embarrassing for them and they must give the opposite answer. You are making a very good and strong point but it does not make Barcelona an absolute superior here, do not forget that the transfer window is still open and so Madrid can still make moves, so untill the transfer window is closed and the season is started already then you can make the assumptions and it will look even more true but as at now even Barcelona has got small work to do on the team seeing that the few signing they made are yet to get completely incorporated with the team.

I don't want to downplay Xabi's achievements, but compared to Ancelotti, he is only at the very beginning of his journey and he still has to prove how good a coach he is. He created a small miracle with Bayer, but he couldn't repeat it in the new season, and Real is a completely different level and I can't say yet that he is ready for a team of this level, at least if we evaluate his work in the Club World Cup. In La Liga, there is Barcelona, which is in excellent shape, so it will be difficult for them in La Liga too.

It doesn't look like there is any team interested in signing Rodrygo from Europe. If a Saudi team makes an offer I doubt he would accept it either. He is very young so no need to trash his career.

Xabi Alonso will have to start the new season in a challenging way because the expectations from him are sky-high just like the fans expected from Ancelotti. Xabi Alonso knows what the club wants from him, and he really knows what he's dreaming of achieve. With those reasons, that's why he's taking the best steps. So, the issue with Rodrygo is that maybe Alonso sees that Rodrygo doesn't suit his playing pattern. If he’s not satisfied with Rodrygo's performances, maybe in training, I don’t think it’s that bad not to include Rodrygo in the squad. It can't just be about keeping Rodrygo, a great young player, on the bench. That’s the reason why Alonso decided to let him go — not to waste his career. I think that’s the best thing a coach can do for a young, great player: not deny him opportunities for playing time.

Every coach has their own way of treating their players, but a good coach always treats them right. I believe Alonso treats them right, just as Ancelotti did. But that will not stop them from doing the right thing. Alonso coached Bayer Leverkusen, and they were able to achieve trophies and even set records with the team, showing that he's not the kind of coach who treats his players poorly.

Yes I remember when Toni Kroos was at Real madrid of course I remember that Toni Kroos' passing was always good which eventually made Real madrid's attack line strong and indeed it was very felt when Toni Kroos was not there because he hung up his shoes of course Real madrid's attack line became lacking unlike when Toni Kroos was defending Real madrid. But in my opinion Real madrid's current shortcomings are certainly the lack of a strong back line which of course this must be very influential for the strength of Real madrid. yes hopefully Xabi Alonso can train Real madrid players to be even better. what do you think about Real madrid for next season whether it can beat Barcelona or not? which of course now Barcelona has a strong strength. it feels like wanting to quickly see the Laliga match start because surely there we will see how the strength of Real madrid, Barcelona and other teams. but I have a hunch of course it is not easy for Real madrid to compete with Barcelona.

There may be a tempting offer from any team to get a top player like Rodrygo but he is not as great as the price is being quoted but I believe Real Madrid might want to keep him for a longer period of time. Xabi Alonso might want to build his dream team with the previous players and improve the defence even more. If Rodrygo really wants to leave Real then they might have to come up with a different plan.

In my opinion, this Madrid midfield is not good enough. They lack control in the midfield, and if that issue is not solved, they will still have the same problems they had last season. They might be a little bit better than last season, but the core of the problem is still left unsolved, and they will suffer for it. When they meet small teams or teams that are not so technically disciplined, they might exploit them because they are the superior individual quality, but when they meet good and technical teams that play as a team, they will suffer.
Finding a replacement for Kroos and Modric is right, but they need to even if it means they break the bank to do it. All these players you mentioned cannot do the job Kroos does, even on their best day, and that is the problem. They are good player, but they need to be complemented with different profiles.

This is completely nothing about Xabi Alonso and Rodrygo. This is something that has to do with the club president perez and the Brazilian. I feel like low key they must have been a fallout between them. The recent incomings mostly that young lad from Rivers plate says it all. These players would want game time and with the FIFA World Cup Competition next year,  nobody wants to sit on the bench. Rodrygo's agent should get him a club.

In my opinion, Rodrygo is a player who could fit into Real Madrid's planning. He's a very important player for Real Madrid and has the quality to play for them. I don't think it would make sense for him to go to another team; it might be better if he fights for a year to convince the Spanish manager. We know how long Luka Modric's time at the club has been. Rodrygo could also deliver a similar performance.

But it really surprises me on how xavi Alonso will count a player like Rodrigo out of his plan for the upcoming 2025/2026 campaign, Rodrigo is a player any team will be delighted to have because he's good at what he does, and if by chance Liverpool lands him to England bruh Liverpool is so gonna be a tough side to any team that mate them, already they've got some incredible players but not giving up yet, Liverpool has spent in total the sum of €500m + and still willing to spend more, I think this is a form of buying the league, but in all if xavi Alonso will want to let go of Rodrigo they should just seize their moments and Cash out on him as he's worth it.

Why should Rodrigo leave Real Madrid? It's not like the team wanted selling him in the first place and there wasn't any news of him to be loan out. He has a long contract which is valid for next 2 years and that means he is going to stay until the team says otherwise. He was the one that wanted more payment and the team decline and probably he was given option to leave if he has a desire club that he want and are ready to settle his release clause and there is none yet.

I'm more concerned about the club performance, they have not been doing good all this while. They got kicked out of World club cup and the embarrassing thing is that it's PSG that kick them out. Same PSG they alwsys put in their place like it's nothing, now they can't match up with same team again. Instead of the players to be concerned on how to put the club back to their feet, their best interest is how they can increase their salaries and I don't blame the club for being mad at them.

Yesterday i saw the Betis Como game and i have to say, Betis is brewing some very good team, i see the names and the players are quite good and they have a few players per position i mean they have a good eleven starters plus a lot of good subs to come in.

I will take a look on them this season maybe they can reach Champions League spots.

I still wonder why people will be asking for Alonso's even when his not officially kicked off a season with the club. Most people are already drawing conclusions with the canes played in the club world cup and using it as a yardstick. For crying out loud, Alonso's team was eliminated by the best team currently and it wasn't even early in the competition but in the semi final. He needs time to set things up.
