Flick has good management quality, tactical philosophy and he also has good experience from player time to coach time in Bayern Munich and German national team. His quick success in Barcelona comes from many factors including fast and impressive growths of young players there but his contribution for the club was significant in the past season. Barcelona would have still been in big crisis if they have not worked with Hansi Flick last season.

Looking at this real Madrid team and Barcelona team as an outsider, I can confidently say that Barcelona is going to win this year Spanish laliga with ease because it's going to take this real Madrid side a lot of time to find their rythme under xabi Alonso.
Additionally, xabi Alonso is still struggling to find his best eleven, so I don't think that they have what it takes to win consistently and challenge Barcelona right now that have so much understanding among themselves, though I might be wrong, xabi Alonso might be cooking something with this real Madrid team that none of us were expecting, but till then, I don't think they can wrestle the title away from this Barcelona team that I am seeing so, because they already have the understanding and rythme in their team unlike real madrid that are still building.

Is important to clear those debt so that club will be on a perfect shape, although you can hardly see a sign of debt from them because they has a team that only club with good money can have, there are even those who has money but could not have this category of players, so actually the debt is not affecting them on the field but they only have the need to have enough money of there own so that they will keep themselves out of debt, the last season gave them a lot of money and if real Madrid did not end there struggle Barcelona would make a lot of money again to assist them since without real Madrid for now is majorly only them.

Their current financial condition is slowly improving even for some of the news reports of debt to their players have been paid off especially for some previous pain so in the end this will clearly provide a very good condition for them because after all, with their financial condition getting better, of course their focus will be more awake.

Rashford was bought as a temporary support this season for any attacking role asides the midfield I won't be very suprised if Hansi Flick decides to use Rashford as a striker if Lewandowski gets injured but he won't be the permanent replacement for that position they'll sign another top attacker next summer and it seems Harry Kane is the preferred option for now I've seem several news mentioned it.

Rashford is definitely not going to be Enrique's choice because Flick is still coaching Barcelona. And Lewandowski seems to be injured now, so considering this Rashford may have a better chance to play, but he shares the same position with Rafinha and it may be more complicated.
