Football's inflation is going so crazy these days. Messi and Ronaldo got paid even less than 2k euro a week when they're at 18 years old, but totally different to the Yamal who is receiving 300k weekly. This is what i said that how football is changing so fast.

Anyway, seeing Yamal got like 150 times more in term of salary compared to the Ronaldo and Messi at 18. Do you agree if Yamal can have greater potential to surpass Ronaldo and Messi?

Times have changed and there is nothing we can do about it. Money ruined football. We have ban average players costing about 60-80M on top of super inflated salaries, so when such salaries. I am no longer surprised because the worst is yet to come.

If that is what the club is willing to offer, then so be it. Maybe they are trying to make sure that he won't get lured away from the club. Remember the likes of PSG are watching.

We can't take that from them, for being the favorite and also performing well. Real Madrid and Barcelona are almost on the same level in terms of the extra responsibility and pressure that the top teams have to spend time under. Barcelona will have to be more strategic in training and sweat in order to get an easy win against Girona, who are at the bottom of the table after a few days of break. I really feel Barcelona is badly missing Inigo Martinez right now. Their last two games against PSG and the humiliating lost to Sevilla was frustrating because the defense looked completely lost. You could just see there was no real leader at the back to organize things or calm the team down when the pressure came.

Against PSG, every time they tried to build from the back, they looked nervous and unsure. Even the high line wasn't in place at most times. Something that never really happen when Inigo was there at the club because he had that composure and experience that made others around him more confident.

I believe they do have the defense they need, it's just that in that game it did not worked out well. Cubarsi and Araujo are both amazing players and can play amazingly together, plus they have awesome footwork and passing abilities as well which means they are going to play great too.

What we are seeing here however is just a bad game, that's it. Even if Inigo played here, they could have a bad day with him too, everyone has bad days. As a general quality level, Cubaris and Araujo are a great duo and should not be bad at all, should be considered as great. I know that we are going to look at this as something that will not matter or mean much, but should be considered as something that will be very good for them since it can continue for a while.

While the El Clasio result won't determine the trophy, I think it can be a good indicator of who is stronger between the two teams this season. Overall, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the two favorites to win the La Liga title this season. Other La Liga contenders like Atletico will need to fight hard if they want to be involved in the competition for the trophy.

And as for Real Madrid I think they have become sharper and gone harder this season, with the way Ancelotti has kinda restructured the squad now. Now the players are also hungry for goals as they, as well as their fans are no happy with their performance last year so they will want to prove their selves better this season.

You are right. A good team will never lose again and again if they have those best players. Yamal has been out of action for the last few games due to injury but the team still has great players like Rashford and Raphinha. But the experienced Lewandowski has not been playing well this season. Most of the forwards are not doing well but Barcelona will have a few more days before the match with Girona and in the meantime they will be able to prepare to play better again.

What Yamal is earning right has nothing to do with his potential being better than that of Ronaldo and Messi,  buts just the way football is right now. There is more money in football right now than when Ronaldo and Messi were 18 years old. It true that Yamal has a lot of potential,  but I don't think he will get to the level of Ronaldo and Messi. He is just fortunate that he is playing at a time that football has a lot of money and the football market is inflated. This is just my opinion,  I might be wrong.

I think we cannot compare their time and Yamal because things still have value then but I'm not disputing the fact that Yamal is getting a lot more than them. I will say Yamal is just being lucky to find a club like Barcelona the same as Messi but Ronaldo's own is different because when he was at the age of Yamal he wasn't that popular and only few see is potential that him he may become a superstar, compared to Yamal and Messi the were seeing from their first match. Yamal has alot of potential for his age, I'm not sure how that compares to Messi and Ronaldo though, these two are football legends, most of yamal spotlight is coming from the fact that he is playing in a big club like Barcelona, if he had been playing is a lesser popular club the the story would have been different, I know Messi also had a similar start but those were different eras, if 18 years old Messi was given the kind of spotlight Yamal is recieving right now then his pay would have been over the roof, the same can be said for Ronaldo too.

Factually, you really have a point here; comparing Yamal with Messi and Cr7 Ronaldo is very premature. That's why I don't even support Barcelona in the slightest, because mostly Barcelona's fans usually compare a younger player, or let me say an upcoming player, with the already successful players. Come to think of when Ansu fati  was coming up, Barcelona's fans were just hailing Ansu Fati and started comparing him with Messi, and they ended up spoiling his career, so Yamal should keep working hard and focus on his career, not what happened in his teenage years would happen during Messi and Ronaldo's time.

Comparing Ansu Fati to Yamal isn't entirely accurate. Yamal is a completely different talent, he will always have to work hard to maintain this talent and if he suffers a major injury it could all be over. But what you're saying is true, Barcelona fans were predicting Ansu Fati would be the next Messi, and they were wrong. Yamal is still young, and it's too early to compare him to these legendary players.

Yes, that's just the point; during Messi and Ronaldo's time in football, things were still normal then. Even with the little earning, you would still be doing well, and the economy is not that bad as of now. However, instead of comparing Yamal with Messi and Ronaldo, it would be better if we compared Yamal with one upcoming talented player in Chelsea, Estevao. At least he's also coming up. Messi's and Ronaldo's time was so great because their performance was very competitive and challenging.

Moreover, Yamal is doing well, and he's talented, so he should keep working on building his career.
