Both Raphinha and Yamal are very important players in the Barcelona squad. And in the match against Sevilla we saw the impact of not having these two players in the  squad. The economy of 2003/04 is way different from the economy of 2025/26 it's very vast and these changes are expected. Back then you will never see a signing of €50 million even for the best player at that time but today even a flop commands more than this amount. It's just the changes that comes with time. Apart from inflation even, more money is been pumped into the industry unlike before and of course, the more money been generated, that how players pay will increase.

The inflation rate is quite high considering that it's just 21 years apart between when the Ronaldo and Messi were in the same age of Lamine Yamal today but when you consider the value of the Spanish winger in today's market, you'll definitely agree with me that he worths every dime he's currently getting.
There's so much money in football now and that's why I think it's normal for the big players to get high wages. For now, Lamine Yamal is doing exceptionally well and have even achieved a lot a his current age. I'm not really sure which fans' prayers will be answered this season considering Barcelona and Real Madrid are both trying to win the title. You’re saying it your way as a Real Madrid fan, but sometime you should also look at the reality of things the way it is. Barcelona’s poor form doesn’t mean it will last forever whereas Real Madrid’s good form does not also mean that they can keep up with it 100% till the end of the season. It is a very tough task for both teams and they both have an equal chance now for the trophy. Lamine Yamal is a player they rely on, and if they see that he’s become an injury prone player, they’ll definitely seek for other means to find an alternative of plan B, which that won’t make them rely on another player. The El-Classico games are there to be played and with all indications, Barcelona have a good record there which can turn positive for them. Both teams have had their own share of an embarrassing defeat but Barcelona's is more suprising cause they lost against a more weaker team, Sevilla can't be compared to Atletico Madrid and even though Real Madrid lost to Atletico, I don't think that they'll currently lose mercilessly to Sevilla currently.

With what I have seen so far I can say both team performance are the same now or almost the same but I think Real Madrid is showing more consistency than Barcelona and if Real Madrid should continue like this they will stand a chance or higher chance of winning because Barcelona is playing like they rely on some players to win game. The match I'm anticipating on now is El clasico, that is the only game I love watching in La Liga because it is more like watching two lion fighting that is how El clasico is and sometimes the winner in that place determine who will win the league.

I don't think that the injury to Yamal is the reason why Barcelona has been on the decline, it's true that Yamal is an integral part of the team but looking at the last game which Barcelona lost . Barcelona played well because I like the way that they played but the game was not in their favour. I see Barcelona coming back to winning ways to me the battle is over the laliga title has not yet started because the Season has not yet gotten to the most stressful part.
