I don't want to be call penalty beggars club fan only to be given one and then miss the opportunity. The match is over. Madrid tops the league aith five points ahead of Barcelona. Today El Clasico became something else, because Barcelona clearly showed their frustration after Ledri was given the second yellow card as he waa sent out of the field due to a careless tackle he did due to frustration.

Madrid have won their first El Clasico this season. This match will be a great relieve for Xabi Alonso because it shows that he will be a coach that they can trust on to maintain the high level performance of the team. Many chances were missed. I love the players rotation by Xabi Alonso in the second half.

Nearly time for the big one, El Clasico. It is in my opinion the biggest, most famous derby match in the world. This is a really difficult game to bet on. There is so much quality from both teams, it is as close to a 50/50 as you can get. If I was to bet on this one it would be BTTS or over 2.5 goals.

The match is still on and is very interesting, how to finish the first half a Real Madrid are leading with two goals. Jude Bellingham did a very good job by making an assist and also scored the second goal while Mbappe takes the lead. Should I be happy already or should I wait and see the end of the game, assuming they are playing with another club i will start celebrating but Barcelona are very dangerous, and this is an important game so in this regard I will let them finish the game if it's favour Real Madrid then I start celebrating.

They are leading with a goal, it would have been more than this if not for offside, at least Real Madrid would have scored 4 goals and Mbappe would have been recording 3 goals already. I must also mention that he's lucky Barcelona didn't equalize that goal, lest he would've been on a hot seat for being the cause his team lost out on a good opportunity to securing 3 points at home and extending their lead on the table. Mbappe was phenomenal in the match, I'm not an inch surprised at his man of the match award.

Again Lamine Yamal couldn't do much in this match, Tchoumeni denied him many times. The real Madrid defense was too tight for Barcelona to break. I blame Kounde somehow, he wouldn't have Chested that ball but gone for a header which was what Yamal wanted when he gave the chip.

Xabi Alonso has arrived, winning his first ever El classico as a manager is a great start for him. Real Madrid played very well today and I'm impressed about the outcome of the game. Barcelona performance was a bit poor, the attacking line wasn't pressing like Real Madrid and they paid for it.  Real Madrid at now top of the league with  27 points in 10 games, losing just one game , with a nine wins. This a very good start for Xabi Alonso team, Barcelona are sitting on the second spot with 22 points. That five good points behind the league leader Real Madrid, I just hope Real Madrid keep winning, I would like Xabi Alonso to win the title as a manager, he deserves better.

You are absolutely right that when Madrid & Barcelona came to face each other, the pitch & the betting market both heat up ! And there is no doubt that Barcas injury list is at a dangerous level this season. I can see some heavyweights player like Lewandowski & Gavi are still missing. such of injuries are taking a toll on their bench strength, imo. yeah I saw Mbappe take a penalty shot in the 52nd minute, which was saved by Szczęsny.  So, while Barcas defensive pattern & tactical adjustments are pure , also Reals attackers are playing in firing mode. whatever while i am writing Real Madrid already won by  2 - 1 fulltime...
