I think Hansi flick made a mistake by not starting Casado in this game . Instead, he went with Pedri and De Jong in the midfield. I just feel like Barcelona needed someone like Casado there from the start.. Someone with strength and aggression. You could see it clearly in the first half that his presence was really missed.

Real Madrid were winning almost every battle in the middle and controlling the game with ease. Pedri and De Jong tried though, but they looked a bit soft compared to Real Madrid’s midfield. I'm a Real Madrid fan and I'm very happy with this victory, but I confess that I'm still not satisfied, because this Barcelona that played today is very weak. It was very reprehensible behavior from Vinicius Jr. First the guy disrespected the coach when he was substituted, then he wanted to attack Yamal, it looks like Real Madrid lost, when in fact we won.

As usual, and then he complains why people give him a minus score on fair-play, a ticking bomb that normally, if he would have one working cell left would understand big teams have the budget to bring anyone with talent, he might be one of the best players but he's not the whole team.

It’s quite obvious that Real Madrid are trying to step up their game this season especially against Barcelona their biggest rivals in the league. Last season they lost almost every game they played against Barcelona where 17 years old lamine yamal shined in all of the games against Real Madrids star men Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham etc. this is the first Classico of the season and Real Madrid have started really strong which they really have to if truly the likes of Mbappe really wants to win the league this season. I don't think this match can be compared to Messi and Ronaldo's days because those were tougher days because of the tension that games bring, unlike now when things are cold and the players with attention aren't as good as they were. Madrid has always been good, and this is something they've done to make people more confident in them because Barcelona is hard to crack, but they understand each other's weaknesses. And the game was actually tough but I was impressed with madrid.

Especially how Mbappe played well scored a goal and even missed a penalty and the ball possession was crazy because Barcelona was dominating in that aspect and they both did a great job, and Real Madrid actually impressed me, and does that placed there bet on real madrid would have won the game and be jubilating by now, I know a lot of people will not be expecting real madrid to win. Likewise me, i do not see anything wrong in the substitution that Xabi Alonso made by substituting Vinicius Junior and bringing in Rodrygo even though Vinicius was more fierce in performance than Rodrygo but i didn't really see much difference, after all the substitution came around 72 minutes which means that Vinicius Junior have already had enough playing time. Even when Rodrygo came, he made an impact in the team and made an attempt on target so in my own opinion i will just say that it was a tactical sub. by Xabi Alonso. The second half of the game was so tight and Mbappe missed a penalty that would have made they score to become 3:1, he would have actually gotten a hat trick in this game because his first goal was disallowed as a result of an offside that was reviewed by VAR. It was a tensed game but Real Madrid became victorious by winning 2:1 from first half until full-time.

You are right about El Classico always having drama and we saw it today too. The match was so captivating, I have not seen Real Madrid play so good in a long time. The league is getting shape gradually as Real Madrid are the top and with 5 points higher than Barcelona their closest rival. They just have to keep winning their matches and they will lift the trophy. It will be great to see Xabi lift a major trophy in his first year as Real Madrid coach.

The talkative couldn't keep up with his legs the way his mouth was running. Only one real chance created in the whole of the 99 minutes that he played. Zero shots on target, one off target shot, one blocked shot. Was not in the game and at some point I was looking for the dude that both him and his father were making noise about the game. Drama is always a spice in el clasico and indeed if there is no drama like at the end of an el clasico match it feels a little lacking

As for Yamal, he was quite harsh with his statements and even his psy wars were still going on in his social media before the game but on the pitch it seemed like he had gotten the answer to why young players shouldn't be too overzealous in their behavior and Carvajal proved his previous words.

I’m really happy that Real Madrid won, especially since it’s the team Arda Güler plays for.
This victory is also great for the team’s confidence because they hadn’t managed to beat Barcelona for a long time.
Arda Güler wasn’t at his best in this match, but he still played decently.
Jude Bellingham was the star of the game and led his team to victory.
