Rodrygo only had a slight problem and fortunately did not get injured and that has been confirmed by Madrid.
It is likely that he can still be played in the opening match of the Copa del Rey which of course allows for a lot of rotation when looking at opponents who are quite far in terms of quality and if Rodrygo really recovers from his discomfort I think a guaranteed position in the line-up will be owned in the match later.

Yeah I did try to confirm it too and all I could get as answer was that he didn't  sustained  any injury but try rewatch the  particular  goal , I think he might not be too fit  for the upcoming games because they claimed its  just minor(and not an injury). But just as I've  pointed out earlier  in my previous  post , he's  an athlete and can just deal with it somehow without  getting affected .
I'm  guessing a sub or he could be replaced by any player as soon as they get what they might be aiming

Personally, I just feel like the real problem isn't with the coach but with the players and I think the fans are realising that. The game against Manchester City at the Bernebeu sas the fans chanting at the players, asking them to do better and in that same venue after the match, some fans gathered at the exit to tell him that they are with him. For nectgats a good good boost at least the fans who has voice that Perez could at least listen to. 

Few fans right? It's  normal everyone can feel the same way and we will always have fans who will come in support  of the coach no matter what happen. I'm  not saying Xabi is the problem though , but if he doesn’t  deliver what the management  and majority of the fans wants with whatever resources  he has, they just won't buy any of his claims and then you would see the voice of the majority of the fans going against him.
Xavi almost went through same at Barcelona but he left voluntarily with some conditions.

Just maybe like you said few but it still not his fault that things are going on the way it is. The fans at least knows that he isn't the problem and that's ok by me. It's been long we someone like me saw the fans chanting at a player or players negatively and a little bit of that happened in the City game, I'm very sure if Real Madrid had played at home against Alaves, those whistles would have been heard loud from the fans. The defense is still lacking that consistency to avoid dangerous attacks and this I don't necessarily blame him for. I hope they try to even sign more in that area this coming transfer window in January, thereby strengthening the squad. The attack overall with Mbappe is good but the defense is still lacking in compare to what we knew the Galaticos for.

All Real Madrid fans want them to sign players, especially in defense, which has been a problem for them. Even last season, when Ancelotti was still in charge, the problem lay in defense. Understandably, the current players aren't lacking quality, but rather injuries. The problem is that Real Madrid is known for rarely buying players in January. In fact, I feel they're no longer as aggressive in investing heavily, just waiting for free players with the lure of the club's fame.
But hopefully, they'll make the effort to make those purchases, as I'd love to see them win some of the prestigious titles they eluded them last season.

Arnold came for free but the others were bought and the total amount they spent showed all these wasn't done casually. While they are suffering from injury crisis at the back, they still need to sign more players since it's expected that some may not get their contract renewed in consideration of everything which include performance and injury records at the club.

You all didn’t tell me Rayo Vallecano was that good! Mehn, it was some game with Real Betis and just to note, I do hold Real Betis at high standards but today, Rayo Vallecano made Real Betis beg for a draw. They got it anyways, the draw they could have only hoped for and that’s to courtesy of a good defense. Still, Teal Betis came really close to loosing, a good hand in the goalpost, a ball on the bar and a couple of balls that got intercepted and they couldn’t make good use of. It was a very entertaining game no doubt about that.

btw Alaves' goal I think is very good with a long pass which is not really expected because Madrid tried to do an offside trap but ended up failing only in this match even though Alaves played well but Madrid's defense including Valdepenas' debutant performance is quite worthy of appreciation.

Now I think Xabi needs to consider further Rodrygo who really needs to be given more opportunities in an ideal position because previously he was placed in many positions that were not ideal positions for Rodrygo which made the situation a little more complicated but with a debut goal this season even though it was a little late it should be able to increase his confidence.
Vini actually didn't do too well in this match and to be honest I'm still more impressed with Jude's performance than Vini's but that 1 assist was enough to make his name a little bit raised because in the beginning he played too much of the ball but it didn't have a big impact on the club's game.

The Alaves goal wasn't luck - it was earned. They waited for the intensity of Madrid to decrease and hit the space behind. That's smart football. And frankly, that brought another issue to light that Madrid can't keep turning away from itself: if the midfield doesn't press, the high line is a liability. They couldn't perform the offside trap a couple of times, and Vicente's chance was pretty much a gift.

I do think Valdepenas had a good debut though. For a teenager to be thrown into an away game at a ground where Alaves have taken almost all their points this season, he did his job. Not flashy, but reliable. The sort of player that allows Rudiger to push up a bit more. If he continues to develop, he might be a real solution to the Alaba/Mendy injury mess.

Rodrygo is who I keep coming back to. His goal wasn't just a moment - it was proof of what happens when he's allowed to play centrally. He's wasted on the touchline. Alonso has to see that by now. If there's one tactical tweak that won't involve signing a player in January, it's this.

It was a disappointing performannce from the Betis side and it looks like the visitors are losing form every week, no improvement at all, what are they missing actually? I was expecting them to be more aggressive  and creative at the same time like we have seen in their previous games but it seems they lost it all in that encounter, they allowed Rayo Vallecano to take the center stage, displaying things that they (Betis) are suppose to showcase. If Betis are happy about this game that ended goalless it means they don't have it in mind to move a little bit closer to the top 4 on the log, after all they have all the players to change the scoreline in that encounter but they were very poor.

We saw this coming and this is what a manager in such club is expected to get from the club management. Of course the club have a higher expectation and as a manager of such a club, you must give in your best to perform as expected.
It will be too quick to start point fingers to say Xabi Alonso is not performing or working, he is, just that his efforts is not enough right now, and this is something that he needs to put together in other to retain his job in the club. Yes, with that many shots, including 12 on target, that's a truly significant number of missed chances for Rayo. However, thanks to the Real Betis goalkeeper, who repeatedly thwarted Rayo's dangerous attacks. Their defenders also played exceptionally well.

Unfortunately, their attacking line-ups were quite disappointing. Antony was in the lineup and played full-time, but he couldn't maximize his chances to score. Ultimately, this match ended in goals, with the team sharing the points.

Not only that, Real Betis's results in their last five matches haven't been good. They only managed one win, three draws, and one loss. This is a significant decline in their performance.

Rodrygo showed an impressive performance in the Champions League and then continued to perform brilliantly in the league. There was talk in the media about him being sent away from the team at one point... I think the front three took shape once he regained his place in the team. I agree with you on that, but I think who will be behind them is more important. Arda or Bellingham? Arda was the one who started the attack for Real Madrid's second goal. I think Arda is the right choice. I hope Xabi changes his mind soon because Real Madrid won this game thanks to individual talent, but they may not be so lucky in every game...

Xabi Alonso have seen that Rodrigo is a key player and he will be hard to be batching him in matches now because if not because of Rodrigo I think xabi Alonso should have been sack already but Rodrigo safe him and he will improve better, Rodrigo can be is first eleven for now since he as see the performance of the player and I don't think he will like to leave madrid so soon. Bellingham is the best midfielder for Madrid currently because is the one that always creates chances for the pitch and making the strikes perform good. Real Madrid just need to improve there patterns of playing because the way they perform against Alaves was not that impressed and if they face big club madrid will definitely lost the game so xabi Alonso need to look what is the exactly problem in the team.

As a real Madrid fan and not just me alone, we all know how Rodrygo has been saving games, not just games, but big games, this is not something that we say is new, it has been something from the onset, that he has been showing on the pitch. To me I will say, what the hell is this young star being put to the bench all the time, is he not worth it to be part of the start eleven?. All this is the question I only wonder. Now we can see the boy is a wonder, not just an ordinary player. I will say, for any club that will go for Rodrygo and Madrid to let him go, that club will be one of the luckiest player to have him.

I just hope what happened to Xavi in Barcelona will not happen to Xabi Alonso in Real Madrid. Xavi later had to leave Barcelona on his own because of the pressure which was seriously mounted on him by the fans. Same fans were the ones who got his back earlier on when he came on board even at the point he started reducing in his performance, some still saw him as a legend in the club and didn't want to easily blame him for poor performance but after some while, the got tired of the inconsistencies and started shouting out. One can not completely shift the entire blame to Xabi and even the fans know this. The injuries and some of the players who have not been playing well are the things which have contributed immensely to the poor results lately but if he allows his team to keep losing like this or drawing too much, more fans will get upset and turn against him same way they did to Xavi.

There was lots of actions in this game, especially for the Rayo side and considering that Real Betis is equally a very good performing team, it’s surprising they both couldn’t find a single goal in this game. Real Madrid took review after Carlos Vicente scored for Alaves but it was not effective. The goal was skillfully scored when they were in control of the match. It was a guess that if Real Madrid had drawn that match, our hopes for them would have ended. Mbappé and Vinícius tried several times to score a goal in the early stages of the match but were unsuccessful. After taking the lead in the 23rd minute of the first half, Alaves players established possession of the ball but were unable to capitalize. I think Alonso has not lost faith in him yet because Rodrygo has played in almost every match and even though he hasn't scored. He needed to get this goal and he scored with a great finish. At least he scored an important goal.

I think Xabi is a smart guy. He's the best person to understand what the recent poor results mean to him. I like Xabi, he's a really good manager, but even he can't explain Real Madrid's current situation. We're watching a Real Madrid team that's struggling to create chances. We're not used to this; we're a generation that grew up thinking it was impossible to win against Real Madrid.

You're right, we grew up when Real Madrid was in its golden era. So, seeing Real Madrid perform like this, I'm a little incredulous. But what can you do, this is football, and it's common for great teams to experience a decline in performance. So, for now, one of the ways Real Madrid should probably take is to continue self-correcting and figuring out where their mistakes lie. I'm sure if they keep looking, they'll find the big gaps they forgot to close. I also didn't expect Real Madrid's poor performance to continue into this season.

I thought after Real Madrid changed coaches, their performance would improve again, especially since they hired Xabi as their coach. So, I didn't have any negative thoughts about Real Madrid at first, because if you think about it more deeply, Real Madrid currently has everything. Their players are very expensive, they also have excellent facilities, and they also have a very great coach. So, when Real Madrid performs like this, I'm also confused as to how it could be like this. Therefore, I believe Real Madrid must be patient and continue to correct their own mistakes. With the current standings in la Liga Barcelona are still on top and second is Madrid who are 4pt behind the league leaders. Having known how Madrid have been handling their game since this season, are they capable enough to stop Barcelona from winning their second league title in a row? Because these are the only 2 teams that have shown that sign of getting to that number 1 spot, like they both are having a switch but now it looks like Barcelona are not in any way ready to leave that position for Madrid. So what else can Alonso's men do to get back on top?

There are concerns about Xabi Alonso's leadership at Real Madrid because some players have lost their best form.
It's different under Ancelotti, even though players like Rodrygo aren't the first choice in the team, when they do play, they can make a difference. The matches against Celta Vigo and Manchester City illustrated a bit how Real Madrid have lost their intensity and even seemed to lack a leader on the pitch.
Luckily, in their last match against Deportivo Alaves, they managed to secure a win, although I found their performance to be very uncoordinated.

Deportivo Alaves' dominance of possession also shows that Real Madrid's midfield is missing players like Kroos and Modric.
It's time for Rodrygo to be given a chance to play, as he brings something different that can make Real Madrid much better.
