Madrid's point gap with barcelona in la liga is only 4 . This is not a big gap. If Barcelona loses points in two matches, Real madrid will be at the top of the table. But the problem is that Madrid's performance is not stable, while barcelona is in their best form. If madrid's performance is stable, they may be able to occupy the  top  spot of the table. Sacking Xabi Alonso wasn't why things are getting worse but sacking Ancelotti. What is currently happening at Real Madrid is the players' egos, which have become a driving force for Real Madrid's performance this season. Not only Arbeloa, but other coaches like Xabi Alonso have also experienced the same thing.

I still think this dismissal decision is reasonable, as Real Madrid isn't the type of club accustomed to playing with a system. It's always been pragmatic, filled with star players who are ambitious, egotistical and want to be free from the pressures of the system. Therefore Xabi tactics aren't suited to a club like this. I think Xabi departure is a good thing for him, as there are plenty of big clubs waiting to give him a better chance.

Players are allowed to express their opinions if they disagree with the coach's strategy, but they must communicate them politely to maintain their relationship with the coach. At Real Madrid, this may not be the case, leading to the internal problems we hear about.

I was also surprised to see this line up, but it would have been better to have Arda in the starting eleven. We'll see if the flow of the ball from the midfielders is hampered because there's no one with the quality to get the ball into the attacking areas. I too don't understand why Gonzalo Garcia was placed at the right wing when Arda Guler and Mastantuono are fit and ready to play, we have seen Garcia in a play making situations like this and it has always reduced the creativity from both flanks.

Some of you think Real Madrid is playing with a weak club. They are not a weak club despite Real Madrid is using them in the field but to secure goals from them is the major challenge Real Madrid players is facing in this game. People trust Real Madrid that they will secure more than two goals in the first half but Real Madrid is struggling with their opponent to make sure they take home advantage to beat their opponent but no chance for real Madrid to score a single goal.

We have few minutes to the end of the second half, I guess Real Madrid still have chance to break into their opponent goalpost to secure a goal to secure victory, because if they allow this small club to draw this game 0:0, it will going to make Real Madrid to experience down fall that will make them not to end up in second position in the laLiga league table.
