I made an observation that got me doubting what was really happening with the real Madrid team after Getafe's goal. Every of the single player in Real Madrid felt so defeated, their expressions of loss and total lost of hope was their first enemy. I tried to understand Vinicious Junior's disappointment probably coming from lost chances and then conceding a goal after missing his chances. But then that goal came at the 39th minutes so why feel that lost? Real Madrid has gone 4 points behind Barcelona and if they continue this performance, they are sure of loosing the title just as their chances are getting Narrower. Twelve games to go, can real Madrid bounce back and take the title? Well they will need a serious change of mindset to be able to go above Barcelona again.

Madrid's home defeat against Getafe has made them even more disappointed and their position in the La Liga point table is deteriorating. The inconsistency in Reql Madrid's performance this season has really affected them badly, their performance could have been better than this but then too many things has happened with them including the changing of their coach, Al of that has contributed to their poor performance but they still disappointed against Gatafe. I even have slight doubts they will be able to cover the 4 points gap and make it to the top of the league for a chance to win the title.

This is what we call home advantage. Both teams performed pretty good at home but that of Atletico was the best and that's was why they are the ones in the final. Barcelona was sleeping in the first leg and realized it after the game was over but it was too late because scoring five goals against a strong team like Atletico is impossible.

After Real Madrid embarrassing defeat at home to Getafe, it's hard to describe Real Madrid as a team that can catch Barcelona at the top of the standings. Real Madrid's hopes of winning a trophy this season seem dashed, as Real Madrid's play has been subdued so far. They lack creativity, relying solely on individual players, making it very easy for opponents to lock down players they deem dangerous. On the other hand, we saw Barcelona play quite impressively, even nearly staging a comeback against Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey. Although Barcelona failed to advance to the final, they were satisfied with their ability to fight back from a 4-0 aggregate deficit to a 4-3 victory.

So for now, Barcelona is far stronger than Real Madrid. Even in the El Clasico match I'm confident that given the current form of both teams Barcelona will win easily. Because Real Madrid's game was still very monotonous, they relied solely on individual players and Getafe and Osasuna capitalized on that to defeat Real Madrid. Getafe scored a stunning goal which will be a fond memory for the Getafe players not only because of the goal against Madrid but also because of the beautiful shot.

Atletico Madrid wasn't in the game yesterday everything was done by Barcelona that's why you saw a one sided game which wasn't what we all expected after seeing how Atletico Madrid performed in the first leg of the competition. Barcelona took over the game right firm the beginning and Atletico went for defense that gave the opportunity to Barcelona to run them down and gave them no single chance to canter attack them like they did in the first leg, but despite the effort of Barcelona they only scored 3 goals which could not take them to the semi finals due to the outcome of the game in the first leg.

Real Sociedad and Athletic will face each other it's going to be interesting game as the winner will face Atletico Madrid in the finals.

But that was their mistake, a fatal defeat in the first leg. If only they hadn't lost 4-0 in the first leg, they might still have had a chance to reach the final.
I think this defeat will serve as a lesson for them not to make such foolish mistakes again in the Champions League and La Liga.

Another mistake I noticed from Barcelona in that game against Atletico was the fact that they also got red card which destabilize the team. Although, the red card came late after they have conceded 3 goals already but it would have been better if the didn't receive any of it in the end. Maybe now, the aggregate everyone is seeing will be easy to beat again, but it's not late to see the outcome in Barcelona favour.

There will always be bad moments and they will always be very difficult but it all depends on how they face and overcome the moment, i believe that Barcelona have already had this moment and i really think that it won't be long before some other team has it, for now they are the best and every game they show it so there is nothing to say

Every passing day, things seems to be getting worse for them and with Rodrigo completely out of that squad we might be seeing more struggle in the coming days. It was unbelievable when I saw that they lost against Getafe, I can’t remember the last time this team beat Real Madrid, but they were able to do that in their last game despite the fact that Real Madrid dominated them throughout the game. I was also shocked to see real Madrid been defeated in that match, i am kind of disappointed with the way Real Madrid is performing now, I don't expect any progress with the way they are now and with the look of things, they have given Barcelona a chance to win the trophy again. I was so confidence that Getafe will not succeed because they even came to real Madrid home to play but unfortunately real Madrid choose failure over victory.
