Of course, financial stability is crucial for a team's development. Taking Italy as an example, Como, after being promoted from the lower league, secured a Champions League spot in their second year. However, they didn't achieve this randomly; they were financially stronger than other teams. I believe all three newly promoted teams have the potential to surprise their rivals.

I agree with you in modern football, money plays a significant role. Just look at Como after being promoted to the top flight, their financial stability helped them qualify for the Champions League in their second season.
However, money alone isn't enough to compete at that level preparation, mentality, and player quality are essential. PSG’s success for instance was the result of a long-term project built by the team's management.
Como could build a team similar to PSG's if they succeed in doing so, they could certainly achieve similar long-term successprovided the club remains financially stable and capable of making significant changes for future seasons.

Unfortunately, I dare say, this is why fairy tales like Leicester, or Chievo or other successes in the Bundesliga fascinate us so much.
Seeing a small team that manages to climb the ladder and win excites us because it is rarely seen and because it challenges the immense power of money..

The three teams that were promoted to La Liga for the 2026/2027 season are Racing Santander, Deportivo La Coruna, and Malaga CF. I see that none of these three teams are newcomers; they have played in La Liga before. Who will manage to stay up seems really hard to tell. But it looks like Deportivo has a chance to stay, while Racing Santander and Malaga might struggle to compete with the bigger clubs. I think finances are still a major factor in developing a team.

Financial stability is of great importance, but Barcelona's example shows us that even a team with significant financial problems that have been lingering for quite some time continues to acquire new players year after year, apparently using loans to do so. And year after year, they struggle to overcome their financial difficulties, but perhaps their status and reputation help them, otherwise they wouldn't be given such large loans.

There's only Cucurella, and he'll remain there. This year's performance will be very important for Real Madrid. If they're in a good position, Huijsen, Gonzalo, and Carreras could be selected. And of course, there's the new signing Espi. Sending players to the Spanish national team will depend on this year's performance, but I agree with you, Spain achieves success with a Barcelona-based squad.

Gonzalo and Carreras, for me they are excellent players, but that's exactly what we're talking about. Do i see them well in Real Madrid? personally i don't think they are Real Madrid players. And this is the main problem i encountered this year too, having a team of excellent players, but not yet at the level of the capital team.

Araujo is not a name that’s sounding new, he was playing well at Barcelona before he lost his form and was not able to get his position back even though he gets to show up from time to time. Liverpool will really enjoy having him play for them if at all he gets his good form back. Barcelona has not really lost hope in him and that was why a buy back clause was included in their deal, they believe he’ll develop well at Liverpool and get to regain his form back. Barcelona now have a lot of good players that doesn’t give him a chance for his position back yet, he’ll have to prove himself at Liverpool and convince Barcelona that they can still sign him back.
Personally, I don't see Araujo as that player that's fit for Liverpool, right from time Barcelona strength is not built on defence that's why they hardly have rock solid defenders. Liverpool doesn't have the kind of midfield that will cover his ass when attackers break that midfield line to the defensive line, Liverpool needed solid defenders especially after they have lost some of their defenders between last summer and this very summer that they are in. Araujo will likely flop, the league needs strong defender that can be able to go toe to toe in strength with opposition attackers, I just hope I'm wrong on this and he proves me wrong as well by being a better defender at Liverpool.

Glad to see Malaga is back in the top flight. I missed them, they were one of the clubs I was familiar with right from childhood. How they fall from being a proper top flight league to how they are struggling now is unimaginable. They once played in the champions league and even reach quarter final before being knocked out but I can't remember the season now. If finance is their problem, why not sell the club to serious investors that are ready to invest in it? I don't know much about them now since they don't play in Laliga but I hope they'll find a way to remain even if they can not make it to the champions league.
Yes,, the last year Malaga played in La Liga was in 2018, if I'm not mistaken, and after that, they were relegated and unable to rise again. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, Malaga also dropped to the third tier, and that was clearly a very bad thing for a team of their class. So when Malaga can play again in the top tier of La Liga, it will certainly be something very valuable for them. But even so, if we talk about whether they will play well or not in La Liga this time,, I also don't know. Because it seems they are not fully ready to be able to compete well in La Liga. But at least we don't need to debate it anymore, because the most important thing for Malaga right now is to just fight so they don't get relegated again next season. Because basically,, that's the main goal they have to maintain right now. Because getting here is clearly not easy for Malaga.

nowadays success of the Spanish national football team has run parallel to Barcelona's success. there was no such success for the Spanish national team during the period when Real Madrid dominated the Champions League. and today, there isn't a single player from Real Madrid in the Spanish national team.

It is known that many of the players of the Spanish national team come from Barcelona and therefore they also express that type of play with the national team. It is no coincidence that both Barcelona and the national team have won the various competitions, because the national team has always taken a lot of inspiration from Barcelona's game and, above all, literally taken the Barcelona players.

That’s right. It reminds me of when Spain won the 2010 World Cup, a team that was also dominated by Barcelona players and rode the wave of Barcelona’s success. In fact, the tactics used by the Spanish coach were the same as Barcelona’s famous tiki-taka style. Not only that, but the winning goal was also scored by a Barcelona player. It seems that the success of the Barcelona players with the Spanish national team will become a source of mockery for fans when Barcelona and Real Madrid face off in El Clásico later on.

Yeah they have been depending on loan, I think they also took a loan last season, I wonder when the club will become balance and independent from loan because is going to be causing them a serious limitations from the transfer window every season due to insufficient amount for higher priced players. However it might not actually be because of their name they were able to grant them those loan because any club could also take a loan but however what some of the small rank club does is just to always manage the players they have without depending on loan when they cannot win the league.

Barcelona has a good academy. They have been able to produce players who can keep the club alive while they were in financial crisis. Players like Bernal, Casado, Cubarsi, Lamine Yamal, Balde, Fermin Lopez, and Gavi have helped the club a lot. Even some of the players they bought were from their academy. Players like Olmo, Eric Garcia, and Ferran Torres are from their academy, which made it easy to sign them. With this good academy, Barcelona would have been in a worse situation from 2022 to 2025.

Aside from the good academy, the administration they have is a good one. The management of the team make sthe rigt signings and brings players that actually want to be at the club. Players like Lewandowski and Raphinha who love playing for the club. They have created an environment where players excel. To top it all off, they hired the perfect man for the job. The only thing Barcelona lacks right now is the Champions League, and if they continue to build on what they already have, they will win it.

Currently, Barcelona is out of its financial troubles. They can sign players, even though they are still restricted based on La Liga rules and FFP rules, but we have seen them sign Gordon for 70 million fixed and made a bid of 100 million Alvarez. Now I believe they woul sign Rodri for about 60 million.
People don't even try to consider the fact that Barcelona may no longer be broke, they just love to banter them with the "broke club" banter, but the club have found a way to get out of their mess.

Barcelona doesn't have a stable finances yet buy even at that, they have been able to buy some quality players over the years. Barcelona financial crisis could be the reason why they haven't shown seriousness in signing top players since the transfer window. Apart from rodri whose signing has not been finalised yet,the rest of the other signings aren't well known players, maybe I'm mistaken that. If rodri is eventually signed by Barcelona, I believe that he will be productive because he will bring his years of experience and skills into Barcelona which will improve their performance and their squad dept.

yeah absolute winner of the 2026 World Cup is Barcelona. in final on one side they have Messi's Argentina led by the greatest star La Masia ever produced and on the other, a Spain side almost entirely built on La Masia's core...
Forget all of Spain for a second, for a born and raised, lifelong Barcelona fan, World Cup final was an absolute feast.

I believe that attributing all this credit you are saying to Barcelona is unfair. It has had important players like Olmo, like Pedri, but if Rodri hadn't already been there to manage the midfield, i think it would have gone differently.

So giving all the credit for Spain's victory to Barcelona i find it distasteful.

For real? Rodri will be the one to stop Real Madrid from winning trophies, irrespective of the players they signed. I don't want to think about this at all because Rodri can never, will never be the reason Real Madrid won't win trophies. Let Rodri continue with his Barcelona signing, that won't stop Real Madrid's progress in lifting the LaLiga trophy this season or the next season
If you look closely, Real Madrid isn't interested in Rodri. I don't know if you remember when Florentino Pérez said in an interview on Atresmedia with Josep Pedrerol that when he sees top-level players, or the best players, he goes after them. If they had wanted Rodri, they would have signed him, but that didn't happen.

Rodri was injured for a long time at Manchester City, and Real Madrid's board is already actively looking for another midfielder. If Barcelona were to sign the player, it would also be for media purposes, as if to say that they signed him and Real Madrid didn't, or that Rodri preferred Barcelona to Real Madrid.

Thats kinda right, barcelona had most of their players in the spanish national team but giving them the whole credit is unfair. Most of barca’s players didnt even perform that good to be honest but still they had a positive presence. Their individual performance according to stats isnt that much decent but their presence on the pitch lead to other players perform. Barca isnt the main reason spain one but it is one of the reasons they played like that. Whatsoever this worldcup would help barca more that it helped spain as Barcelona’s players would be on top notch morale and would crush anyone in their ways.

Barcelona has been in this financial crisis for awhile but they have been able to manage the players they have and few that was signed to th club then to win the Spanish laliga for two consecutive times, what does that imply to us, the effect of good manager and his ability to work with what is available to give his club the desired result, although I dont know what will be their fate this season, I just hope they finalize rodri signing fast and maybe sign more if possible, but if it not possible, with Rodri and other good players that are already in Barcelona, I believe they'll do their best this season, there performance last season and season before was commendable, but RealMadrid are more sophisticated in terms or more quality players, they also have a good coach, so I don't know if Barcelona will outshine them again to lift the Spanish laliga this season.

Barca has sent Ronald Araujo to Liverpool. Araujo was getting plenty of playing time had he not been injured, but he was slightly behind Cubarsi and Martin. I think Barca made the right move. The buyout clause is 55 million Euro. If he doesn't get injured again, Liverpool will sign him and that will be a profitable deal for Barca.
Flick is looking for a new center back, he thinks Cubarsi needs a better partner. Barca's defense was already solid last season, they would improve even further with the addition of another top class center back. Maybe Aymeric Laporte would come, but Athletic doesn't want to give him.

Yes, for the game that Barcelona has, i would say that in every department they are in very good shape. So i myself don't know who could further use Flick to improve their team's defense. Kubarsi had an excellent season. We will have to see if there will be market movements.

There is one thing about life i don't always forget, which is power must definitely change know matter how hard you try. Although apart from the change of power, the recruitment process in both teams is one thing responsible for such change we experienced in this years world cup.
Before now Real Madrid where heavily interested in the recruitment of Spanish players and then it worked for them but now since that did not work they where faced with no option than to go for what will work for them.

It seems pretty obvious to me. One thing that Barcelona has always done for decades now is to focus on the cantera players. So the players who come from the spring and the players who are raised at Barcelona.

Like Gavi, like Pedri, many players grew up at Barcelona and then stayed. Barcelona have always had a different eye on these things than all the other teams.

The El Classico will be very much anticipated this season because they will be real competition in the game and people will like to see whether Real Madrid is back to actually win a trophy or not.
El Clásico is always eagerly anticipated by many people because it’s such a big match. In fact, this time around, Real Madrid fans are really hoping that Mourinho can beat Barcelona in El Clásico. That’s because, ever since Hansi Flick became Barcelona’s coach, Real Madrid has always lost to Barcelona in El Clásico. That’s why most people want to see if Real Madrid can stop Barcelona this time, or if they’ll once again be at Barcelona’s mercy.

Barcelona has been in financial trouble for several years but I don't know what the reality is. I have heard about their financial troubles in various media outlets. Despite that, Barcelona's performance has not changed. They are competing on an equal footing with many rich clubs and have won the Spanish league trophy in the last two seasons.

If a club's performance is excellent due to financial troubles, then it would be good for this situation to continue. Despite the financial instability, the club is playing well and buying players and several players have signed with it before the transfer window.

So are you in any way accepting what he just said? Isn't it obvious he might be a Barcelona fans? Like what exactly does he mean by saying that, besides if we should judge it with the players Barcelona brought to the just concluded FIFA world which among those players that we can point out is the major success to that trophy like every hand is pointing at Rodri, for the fact that Barcelona had the most players in that Spanish team what exactly is there contribution to the team, how many goals and assists did they have? There are somethings we shouldn't be saying.

Of course it is possible that he could be a Barcelona fan.
However, Barcelona has really contributed a lot to Spanish football, given that most of the national team players play for Barcelona.
I think that's something to be proud of.

Yes in this issue of Barcelona, I believe status really count and it does help them to achieve what ever they has achieved since the issue of financial problems surface in the club, like it's not all team that will go bankrupt and still keep relevance in the league, their past achievements really played a major role during those trying times, just imagine players was having a pay cut just to remain in the club, whilst some teams are having problems with players because of that same pay cut, like it's really good to make a meaningful status.
