This is great news, but it would be good if you share the source link in the thread! I saw a lot of projects that offered Mastercard services but in the end, they scammed or dead! If the real MasterCard adds the cryptocurrency on their platform, that will be a huge mass adoption indeed!
This company really has a lot of users, but in order for mass adoption to take place, you need to attract users to use cryptocurrencies. The problem is that most people are used to Fiat money and to attract them to a highly volatile world entails some further responsibility.(and Yes, I would like to see a link to the news)

Cryptocurrency is now a trend.
It is obvious that all large companies will try one way or another to keep up with the trend, because if mass adaptation reaches the point of no return,
those services that are prepared for this will bring a lot of money to their creators.

MasterCard is forming its own crypto team, The payment solutions company has called for applications to work in the dynamic intersection of cryptocurrencies and payments in its recruitment listing. Mastercard added that the hired people will monitor ecosystem trends in cryptocurrency as well as develop upcoming products and solutions. hope you remembered facebook's Libra too. it's no news that crypto is nothing but the future . we are getting there

Yes, we are getting there fast these days. Will the MasterCard Crypto Team (MCT) understand that chargebacks are not an option for the buyer in this future?

It is really seems to be a good news both for the Cryptocurrencies and for blockchain technology in general. It will also take a large amount of time not earlier than 5 years.
