Wallet such as meta mask is very much popular compared to EOS. Well, one thing I know is that during signature campaigns, the casino may have a specific referral link on that signature, or they usually know where their traffic is coming from, and after evaluating their expected traffic for the signature campaign and determining that it is not worth the money they are paying for signature promotion, they may want to stop the promotion and try other means too. I am guessing that they may not have gotten the desired traffic here. I still remember that there were some casinos that did signature promotions for just a few weeks and stopped too.

You are correct. I was looking at the possibility of a representative being a reputable member but however from your opinion on this, I could deduce why some reputable members do not accept such offer. In as much as there are some good casinos, there are also some casinos that their intentions are not clear but would want to take advantage of the reputable member they used as their representative to undo members here without having a second thought of their actions.

It is nice hearing that the team is working on other means of transacting too. I believe not only me but other members as well are anticipating, waiting for when other crypto currency options would be made available to also use for interacting with your casino. You are also right but I want to say this word like this sometimes we the campaign managers have face difficulty in hiring reputable members because in most cases it can be seen that signature spaces of reputable members are not available for hire, they are pre-hired.
