you are a shameless fraudster...
It's clear how your fraudulent tactics work:
1) Deposit + bonus lost = everything is fine.
2) Deposit + bonus win = you remove the winnings and claim multi-accounts.

If you first send offers and encourage deposits, and then cancel winnings, who are you? The answer is simple: a scammer...

Hello everyone, we would like to clarify several important points regarding this case.

Casino Guru’s decision not to handle the complaint is entirely independent of Sportbet.one. The player chose to open a case there, and Casino Guru alone decides which matters fall within their scope.

Regarding the claim about promotional offers, our system shows no such emails were sent after this account was flagged. If the player believes otherwise, we kindly ask for verifiable evidence such as full email headers, not just screenshots.

The account has not been closed because the violation relates specifically to bonus abuse through multi-accounting, not to sports betting or general casino play. If the player wishes to close the account, it can be done here:

As clear evidence that Sportbet.one pays out fairly: only a month ago we released a £102,400 within 24 hours for another player. This was publicly reviewed and confirmed by Casino Guru, showing that our platform honors legitimate winnings quickly and without delays.
This case is available here:

I deposited 0.0098049 BTC (29/03) with the first deposit bonus, then 0.0098028 BTC (05/04).
Several winning bets stayed “under review” for days; later many bets from 13/04 were canceled.
Support said “arbitrage betting”; later 0.006 BTC was deducted.
Emails weren’t answered. I eventually withdrew the remainder.
In my view, Sportbet.one cancels winning bets and lets losing bets stand.

This complaint about 102 thousand pounds looks very suspicious, I don't know what to think about it, it was a large amount quickly resolved, it looks like the company wanted to advertise itself, but I have no evidence so I don't know.
What is interesting is the fact that I looked through your trustpilot and almost all the positive reviews are from one-star accounts, it's very strange
However, I wonder why you also confiscated the player's deposit. It seems that if the player abused the bonus, he should lose the bonus + winnings. Confiscating the deposit looks very bad, especially since from what I can read it appears that you yourself sent him a promotional offer, and then you confiscate everything, it looks very bad.

It would not be logical to treat this case as “advertising.” If a company wanted to promote itself on a payout, the natural approach would be to highlight it everywhere possible — across our website, social media, and affiliate channels. In reality, this withdrawal happened over a month ago, and until yesterday, we never mentioned it publicly. The only reason we shared the link here was to demonstrate that Sportbet.one processes even very large withdrawals fairly and promptly when no rules are violated.

Regarding the confiscation of the player MarioGls’s deposit: this action was taken because the same individual had already won and successfully withdrawn funds from a first account.
👉 https://coffe.bloks.io/account/sbetictkuxjg — Here is the first account, where on February 21, 2025, the player received a bonus payout and withdrew 6,930 DOGE.

You can also see this confirmed in the following screenshot:

👉 https://coffe.bloks.io/account/sbetvrht4zqf — Here is the second account, which was later used to file the complaint.

This is also visible in the screenshot below:

On August 28, 2025, the company made a correction of 2,026 DOGE that remained on the balance of the second account, since the earlier 6,930 DOGE withdrawal is considered a loss for the company once the duplicate account was discovered.

We trust that these clarifications and screenshots make the situation clear. We hope this puts an end to any further misunderstandings regarding this case.

This means that my first account was created 7 months ago and the second account 3 years ago, shouldn't it be the other way around?
how can an account created 3 years ago be a second duplicate of an account created 7 months ago?

from what you wrote and from the links you pasted, i.e. one account was opened 3 years ago and bonuses were used, the second account was opened 7 months ago and bonuses were used and winnings were withdrawn.
so why did you withdraw the bonus funds on an account that was created 7 months ago and was a duplicate of an account created 3 years ago?

However, I know that I only used one account on my device, and you know it well.

you don't require Kyc from players, so your options linked accounts are only location, payment method, and way of playing, similar bonuses
etc. so they are not really any evidence, and in a real court they would be crushed, but if you are the judge in your case and you can steal players' funds and refer to the rules, you don't need real evidence.

Besides, these hundreds of accusations for such a small bookmaker are overwhelming, and they all concern the same thing: arbitrage (which is also almost impossible to prove) and bonus abuse without providing evidence.
I honestly see now that you have to be crazy or insane to play with a place like Sportbet.one. If there's a dispute, you'll write whatever you want anyway, always claiming that's enough, and you can steal player funds without any proof; your suspicions are enough.

With all due respect to the statements you’ve given here, I just have something I’d like to ask regarding the “multi-account” issue you mentioned. Would you consider it multi-accounting if, for example, in a single household, the family members are sharing the same IP address?

Let’s say one family member simply invited another member in the same house to also play online casino. Would that already be considered as multi-accounting,
even though they’re just using the same internet provider? Sometimes this part confuses me. Thanks for your answer.

I do think that in the case to check it, they would need to see their documents for it, to be sure it's the family member in question, but alas, it all depends on situation, meaning whether the case is worth it in the first place, or to find compromise.

This whole situation has turned into another Dexsport.io situation where the scam accusations are piling up despite them advertising themselves as decentralized sites causing so much confusion. Smh!

Would you consider it multi-accounting if, for example, in a single household, the family members are sharing the same IP address?

If they are using multiple accounts through the same IP, it is 100% considered multi-accounting and these sites can use that as a reason to screw you out of your funds.
