Any update with your withdrawal where you able to successfully receive your money or it has not been processed yet? The other user where able to receive his withdrawal in just 1.5 hours so I guess you were able to receive your withdrawal already if in case it has been processed by the site owner.

I think it is a technical problem they are trying to fix and not a personal shady thing that they are doing, obviously we can't know which one is the real deal and what they are doing but we haven't seen or heard about a collective problem that they have caused, not like they are not giving back people's money in bunches, it is just one person and the other type of deal, many can still withdraw.

It means it must be some technical problem that caused this, or maybe even a problem that was due to getting these accounts red flagged so they are checking it closely, whatever the reason is, I hope it is not rocketpot becoming a shady place all of a sudden, if that is the case I agree with @Jollygood that it is definitely a problem and I doubt it would go on to be a good place anymore but it had such a huge potential so it would be a big shame that it became not so much loved suddenly.

The rocketpot website has almost zero daily visitors. They had less than 10 online most times I checked when they had their Crash game but since it was not profitable they pulled the plug on it. The website is not is great condition, they need an advertising spree and need visitors and registered users fast otherwise the website will stay in its failed condition.

Whats the reason for the failure of these gambling platforms, which were once ruling the gambling network with its varied games and instant settlement. If I have to speculate, the failure is because of their in house game which is the crash with jackpot.
Afaik the jackpot was +EV for players, many players won the jackpot just by doing flat betting with small amount.
I'm not really sure when they removed the crash game but I can say that this removal is a proof that the game was not profitable for them.

You can also PM me screenshots of any issue you are facing.

Can you believe what you are reading? You already asked for a manual withdrawal to your wallet but sadly it never happened and seems like he is putting the onus back on you to try again when you clearly stated you are asking for him to send the crypto to your wallet.

why they remove the crash game when the root of their loss is the jackpot . they shouldv remove the jackpot instead or up the jackpot requirements like setting up a minimum bet to qualify for the jackpot jusy like what most gambling sites are doing  . jackpot are supposed to be hard to get in the first place

dont know if im going to be angry with them or feel glad with them because they are too generous gave away free cash and gamblers just abuse it

I do not get why people think that just because there was one problem that has to mean that rocketpot is not a safe place to gamble. I am not saying what happened is not a bad thing, of course if a customer has a problem that is a bad thing and rocketpot should try to fix that as soon as possible and as we have seen from here, we know that they are trying to fix it as well, that is not the point.

However acting like just because one customer had a problem that should mean that all customers will have a problem, or just because one customer couldn't withdraw would mean nobody will be able to withdraw is really not a fair movement against rocketpot.

I have absolutely no affiliation with rocketpot aside from being a customer time to time, hell I have to say this is not even the place I wagered the most, but I certainly do not think they are a bad place just because one customer had a problem neither.

btw, I like rocketpot but haven't played there for a long time, it looks like rocketpot has to do marketing by giving bonuses or holding events consistently. hopefully in the future rocketpot can be bigger than now.
