Got a chance to test the site. I like how the dice looks so simple. How sad there is no faucet for the newcomers  for us to test and roll a little bit. Go back to the first page please, they have said that they will consider to have signature campaign although I doubt that it will be an effective way to advertise the site because the competition for dice site only is just too tight. On other site, btcdice.io has no attractive offers for players till today so advertisement wont give them significant effect because most dice players will prefer to stay on the site where they used to play as most other sites offers more attractive for players. If I'm the owner of this site then I'll focus on promotions first instead of advertising through campaign.

on average , it costs 0.15-0.25 bitcoins a week , sometimes more , sometimes less and not every business can afford to throw  this kind of money away  to advertise
having spent a few days on the site and looking at the audience , I think some promotion is in order , since the players online figure was under 6 all the time
but you have to think of the cost/effectiveness ratio and choose the best way to spend your money and from the  point of view of  admin  a signature campaign might not be the optimal way to do it at the moment

I do not think that it is a must to spend this 0.15-0.25 btc for just signature campaign, depends on their marketing budget as well. If they can do it then it is pretty competitive payout. Any budget will do actually but it does not have to be higher to make the good progress. With small payout it will still do since there are so many "unemployee people" out there that willing to help. Signature campaign is always the best options to choose to boost the market

I was talking to admin at the time , he is a cool dude , by the way
according to him , the business wasn't as good as he expected and he decided to try himself in a different project
and it seems like it is the same script , maybe he sold the franchise to btcdice.io

Yes the both are completely different sites.

Btw the site's design is crisp and clear.
I really loved it.
But as always there isn't enough people in the site.

I hadn't heard anything about banning of an account because someone only claim faucet and never deposit. I don't think you are right.  Most of the websites give free satoshis when you have signed up recently and some of them give you free satoshis only when your balance is zero. Also, withdrawing your balance requires a minimum amount and fee which make you ineligible for withdrawing your balance if you don't gamble. Even if some one only use faucets, the greed will cause them to finally deposit some amounts of coins. So, these people will be never banned.
I think faucet abuser is a person who creates several accounts.

I do not see any signs that there will be promotion in the near future. The competition among dice sites is just too tight nowadays, so it is not surprising at all if most new sites looks like a dead site because the lack of promotion and marketing strategies. The owner should realize the situation and should act to deal with it, at least owners of new gambling sites should have an idea how to attract new players. Otherwise most players will stay on their old favorite sites without willing to try new sites if there is no advantages compared to the older sites.
