3. No team info or any information that hints at the competence of the team to deliver on the website - found it in the WP, but then social media links or linkedin to verify isn't there. Looks like We've gotta work to get infor here.

Googling the given mobile phone number from contacts there can be found 2 interesting links.

So at least 1 person from whitepapers team "Maksims Isajevs co-founder,  chairman of the board, Chief Executive Officer" is real  .

The other fact can be - that this is "one-man-project", that aims to be the greatest crypto bank  While other team members can be fake. But according to picture background and surrounding, they can be team of everything (their photos could be just takes for the whitepaper)

I can say if this project is created by both of those guys only and there was a huge chance for this one to be the next scam. I thought that to identify that from only the phone number still not give us the best answer and it's much better for me to see someone can try to check whether those guys are using fake photos and name for their team or not. 
So many fake teams these days and this name of this one is very similar to bankera.

So far, our app is released in beta to show our platform possibilities and to get first feedback from potential users. Currently we are not promoting our app to get large number of installs, our main target is to ensure that all working fine before going live. As you probably already noticed, there is some features like "plastic card order", "crypto baked loans", which will be available only after successful ICO / IEO.
We will not partnership with Visa directly, but we are ready to launch cards programme with one of Principal Members of Visa in Europe (with an ability to sponsor projects looking to issue Visa products).
