I've been thinking of some real world use cases other than the generic commerce etc etc and come to find out I didn't think i came up with too many. I would like to hear maybe some real use cases that the community thinks would be helpful, innovative and useful implementations to a new coin or token. I would love to hear some of your opinions and thoughts. Thanks.

To create a coin that can be acceptable by a lot of merchants can be considered as a real use case too. But i never saw a coin that can use the coin as a premium membership to access all of the features in the platform.
Some payment system project has used their token as collateral but it will be a very interesting thing to see there will be a game that used its coin as native crypto to play in the game.
I can call a game that based on pay to win that used its token as native crypto that can be used to the trade or something else.

So far, there may be some projects that offer the real use case using the coin, but the implementation is still planned.
Have you ever analyzed Airpod (https://air-pod.io/) project? This is a project that offers a real product that can be used in the real world named Smart Napping Pod and use their coins to enjoy the product. But of course, the project is still in progress and probably need some years to realize the products ready to the world.
And I am sure that there are still several other projects that offer the real-world use case products.

Well, actually it will be interesting if there are some any. It will make the value of the token or coin to be worthier, especially for a long term investment.

I think a platform use case would be a good idea but we kinda already have those with Gin, Dextro and Zoc which have hosting and VPN services online.

as far as I know most are still concepts and planning, even though they do have products, such as wallet, DApp, exchange, trading bot, etc.
but the point is funding, payment and all economic traffic is in the token or coin, and that will really happen if the sale and purchase transaction using cryptocurrency has been approved and is legal throughout the world.

If you are working with a lot of people better make coins like that of steam wallet, but you need to think of innovative ways to surpass this big company. everything in this world is possible you just need to have the courage to pursue your dreams.

Remember, Nokia company was the biggest Company before Samsung 20 years ago, but Samsung surpass them in a surprise method no one has ever thought that before. you can also surpass this company by thinking something than has never been implemented before.

There are many real use coins in the market. Sessia (kicks), All.me are some of such projects to name a few. Sessia is a blockchain based social network technology where buyers and sellers get profits. It has over 100 k members and partnered with dozens of business hubs.

There are numerous real world use case tokens especially when it comes to the gaming coins like Cryptosoul. Although the game has been lauched, it is still being developed to improve on how the tokens can be utilized in the game.
Also, MTC is a medical token which allows users to access basic health care with low costs using the MTC app.

Lots of new tokens that were born by carrying a great project, as well as fraudsters who make tokens, all look real and end up with fraud. I really hope that fraudsters are aware and can run crypto properly

Well real use case without working product is deceiving,if i have to invest in any new project onward it has to have a real life working product

Medical
Financial
Airport
Privacy,VPS ,VPN etc

I know we already have some projects based on the examples i gave but these are just examples of use cases,tokens that can be used to pay for travel expenses should be backed up by a real life airport,this is working product.

Same thing for MEdical tokens,they must be backed up by real life hospitals and medical institutions

There are a huge number of potential use cases, that is a big part of what makes crypto so exciting. Thinking about smart contracts alone, these can be used to automate any process that is rule-based and subject to inefficiencies due to manual involvement. That covers a huge number of areas. That's just a single example. The potential goes way beyond this. Smart contracts I am sure will become deeply embedded in everyday life.

Each and everyone of us has ideas and some of them are unique, but it lacks support such as technical skills and financial assistance. Some of the dreamers out there made some bright ideas on how people would make living much easier than it was, including new coins and its functions in the society, but most of them failed and then just run with the investors money. It's hard to push through which coins of the past are failures and never give what was intended. Unless you have been backed up by real investors who have many connections or have their own companies that want to support you ideas, in that way they could make the project more successful with the  powers they already had.

In my opinion, many merchants accept bitcoin or altcoin as a means of payment. Many merchants or restaurants in Japan and several other countries accept payments in the form of cryptocurrency. For other altcoins, the majority are token utilities that can only be used on their own platforms

I have seen a great business producing and delivering green energy to the world. That is WPP.
They are signed with many large corporations around the world and are preparing to provide energy tanks.
Their business is really doing well and in the future, it will be one of the largest green energy businesses in the world.

But since cryptocurrency is generically about money and commerce, you would be in a spot to find different use cases anyway. And if you see many projects, some of them actually sound like they are making things up just to show use cases;)

But one thing I am seeing more and more is use case as a "fuel". Like Ether is gas for transactions. Every thing you need to do on the platform you need the crypto. Send someone something. Execute a smart contract (even if it is nothing to do with paying) like for voting or submitting messages.

So far I have not found any real world use cases that were born from crypto, because most of the projects that I have seen, their products can only be used in cyberspace rather than in the real world, and I am sure there are also crypto projects that their products can be used in the real world, I just haven't found it yet.

There sre thousands of cryptocurrencies but they cover only few use cases: money transfers, smart-contract platforms, IOT, decentralized storage, item tracking, securities, tokens generating dividends. But it is very difficult to come with a new idea.

I think we don't need any new idea apart from what we have already in every projects available,what these projects failed to do is reaching better milestones,putting these projects to good use is what many projects still can't achieve yet,they are like ready made bullets with no guns to shot them

That is the temporary usage of the bitcoin and altcoin. But as we know that many coins and tokens have their own reason to create the coin/tokens, they do not yet reach the real life. I mean we see that a token/coin has been designed to accommodate our life to buy a plane ticket or else, and we only need to purchase token/coin and add in as our inventory, so we don't have to use bitcoin to buy the ticket, but we only use the token/coin.

But until now, I don't see the full usage of coins/tokens all ready to be used for our life. Maybe in the future, we will see that because the technology for that thing still develops.
