Well, I heard that a lot too but it has nothing to do with altcoin, right? since Bitcoin always goes up no matter what while altcoins are bleeding and struggling so hard. i got nothing better to do as well. since i profit good during the last bullrun, i think i'd be staying with altcoins that has good potential for its use in the real world. it may take a long period of time of waiting for altcoins reason though but trading these new tokens in a platform is going to be challenging and fun at the same time. i manage to grow 80k tokens to 136K tokens though the value in USD is less than $500 its a good training for me.

After all these years, all I can do right now is do exactly the same as you. Personally I don't see any other way without sticking with altcoin if you are already holder. Same as me, I bought few altcoin when prices was high, but unfortunately altcoin markets collapsed. Previous cycle in cryptocurrency do not have altcoin like the recent which limit the ability to predict the outcomes of altcoins. The scam and lack of use case of a large percentage of the coins will definitely hunt the space. There are arguments of possible outcomes of 2017 ICOs not to be good in the next bull runs, most bag holder are struggling to dump in the market at a bad price, more so, 2019 project have new technology to lure investors and well promising. Not to destroy your motivation though but you cant really blame nor stop people not to think up this way because as part of human nature we would normally react into things which isn't really feasible already.We do seek on much better option because we do see that we are currently experiencing difficulties on the current one and this is just like a btc to altcoin investment.Your choice though since its your money and time to engage into things but it isn't that bad enough on staying away specially on bounties which most of the time its becoming useless at the moment.There are truly some alts which are really worthy to invest on but this will matter on your risk management because too much positivity will just lead to high chance on losing investment instead.

It is hard to be strong and stubborn when the price of your altcoins is constantly falling in price. And unlike Bitcoin, there is no certainty that it is your altcoins that will ever increase in value.
An intelligent person is not the one who keeps coins falling in price for a long time, but decides in time to sell it and buy Bitcoins, which in any case will grow in value.

I totally agree with you, i dont see any need to avoid or leave altcoins totally. 100% into bitcoin will not be the solution for all problems. a decent investment into different alts is good in my opinion. as warren said: don't put all eggs in one basket

How I love to see this person to win over the market challenge and put his/her faith towards altcoins. It is something to be a debut. The hard times Altcoin will not last long and success will definitely return. This is what always motivates me to continue doing Bounty. If we look at the heyday of Altcoin in 2017, I am glad that it is very easy to make money. But this story changed when it entered the year 2018 and until now Altcoin has not risen anymore. Of course, when you got something with great difficulties, then you value it much more. However, I would agree to receive the growth of my altcoins for free, so that they instantly grow in price and I make good money. Why can't I and other investors have the right to do this? It's your choice and you are not the only one with that choice and you should be respected for that, there are still people in participating bounty hunting and some investors investing in ICO, this is the reason why there are still ICO and IEO in the market, there are new investors coming and there are investors looking for a coin to hype and become their whales.

It is on the individual analysis if he wants to remain or get out of the altcoins business if he is good at researching project and he has the means to invest why not, it was proven that early birds if the project is good, will have a good chance to make huge income.

I don't think so because I am sure that there is an old altcoin which could still survive in these situations, and all they need is to be back to the higher price. But still, it is hard to see the price will increase very soon because that will depend on the market itself, and I think they are waiting for the right time to increase again. There are many types of altcoin on the cryptocurrency market and many are just pump and dump projects without having a real project. There are also many altcoins that have products and I think this altcoin is a good investment. Many people are traumatized by altcoin because of a drastic price reduction some time ago and I think it's natural because they don't hold altcoin who have products with a solid team

Theres no right or wrong with our investment decisions since its our money at all and we do have the full control of it.Decision will vary on the risk management of a certain individual and if the do trust up altcoins too much then it cant be considered wrong because we know that alts can possibly give out profits if the market tends to reverse its movement.Its just a matter of risk or not and we know there would be a pay off or a loss depending on how it moves.Lucky for those who bought it and unlucky for those who didn't its just like that and its always been part of investment risk.If you wont risk nothing then you wont gain nothing.

I do not beleive in "altcoins", that is just too broad of a term to say right now because we have ton of altcoins like literally 3000+ as far as we know in existence. So yeah, I do have some support for certain coins, most of the coins in top 10 excluding some stuff like bitcoin cash and all, but saying you support altcoin is just too stupid, there are literally hundreds of scam coins and saying you support altcoins means you support them as well.

Well, you're right but that doesn't mean that there isn't some bad situations that never gets better. If you're talking about altcoins it depends on the altcoins that you're talking about because there are some altcoins that are going nowhere and if you invest in them you're surely going to be the one that would get tired after waiting for a very long time. Some altcoins are just a waste of time and I have seen a lot of them that turned out to be shit coins at the end.

So, if you're going to be investing in altcoins waiting on them for a long term, you have to at least make sure that the coins that you're waiting for a really good coins. You don't want to wait for a coin that is never going to be a success any longer. Ethereum can be a good choice and if that's what you're talking about then that's for sure that the price of Ethereum will go up. And not just only Ethereum , other altcoins like Litecoin will increase price when the right time comes. Other good altcoins are NEO, ADA, BNB, XLP.

The top altcoins are the ones that you should invest in for the long term and not the ones that you're not even sure if they are really going nowhere or if they are going to end up as a complete failure. The USD is a true dominant, but it does not mean that national currencies of other countries are not needed. Simply, they can be always replaced with the American currency, and with a good profit. As soon as Altcoins show a price increase of 50-100%, there will be a lot of free money for investment in omens. I think that the price of Altcoins can rise by 500-1000%.

I admire your conviction but do you realize that it is impossible that all altcoins are going to recover right? Most of the altcoins that have been released in the most recent years have failed already, and I have no doubts this is going to continue for some time, the question is if you have the patience and the capital to keep enduring those kind of losses, and unfortunately most of the time the answer that that question is a no, most people are forced to give up once they lose all their money, in fact most of those that sold their altcoin holdings did it not because they wanted but because they did not really had any other choice.

I agree that investing in altcoin is higher at risk. If we are good at trading, altcoin has a very volatile price movement and I think it can make a big profit. But if we want to hold altcoin for the long term, I think it's better to choose altcoin which is in the top 10 coinmarketcap

Not everyone is easy to give up when altcoin and bounties enter on a declining graph. Steer clear of altcoin and bounties because of fraud I will agree. But stay away from when crypto declines because the market will make it more difficult, in another corner there are those who are trying to stabilize it to raise prices so that the difficult times don't recur.

That is true nothing easy in this world we need to face obstacles and we need to suffer and extended patience to get the dream how get rich. I also bleieve that altcoins can bring for me to give better profits in the near future, time has come to the people have an strong brave and believers about the future of altcoin pump up again in the right time.

I'm sticking around as well these times ain't easy but giving up is more worst. I think it's in this period one can keep accumulating tokens through bounty campaign, the future holds a lot for everyone if we keep holding on.

I also have free time so far and am also used to chatting on this forum, joining the signature campaign. Yes, the situation with earnings is now bad for bounty hunters, but for now I just collect new tokens and hope that someday they will grow in price, as it was at the end of 2017. Keep it up we felt the same. As long as I'm happy what I'm doing and beside I'm not wasting my time without doing nothing. I have been holding altcoins since their value got stuck when their value goes down , until now i never sell them because i believe that when the time comes that their value goes high i can gain more profits from my holdings. Since bitcoin get low in value , altcoins also followed to go low in their value.

Indeed, not all projects are good to participate in and not all coins are worthy to hold.

Even the price of alts currently are cheap, its still better to do an extensive research on what coins has potential and real use cases so it will likely to recover once the market condition is turning better.

It is your choice. Many walks away because they've lost their fortunes to altcoins investment as a result of scam and dumping activities. Some hunters also got their time wasted on both worthy and unworthy tokens which they cannot trade because they are either at a dumb dumping price or because the tokens never get or will never get listed on an exchange.

yep, sometimes we should be so crazy, like Jack Ma, he's crazy, passionate but he's not stupid. He still knows what he's doing and looks beyond the people around him.

I know that the altcoin will rise again, but I didn’t think some of those investment we have in altcoins we already have will ever be worth it again, because if there is going to be sanitation in the altcoin space today, it would be from the new ones.

We already have very bad projects that has been injected into the market and there is nothing we can do to turn them to good ones because the team never even had the intention o producing a good project in the first instance, but as we proceed in the altcoin space, the moment regulations comes in, all these bad project will be forgotten and the revolution will start from the newer ones, so out hope should now be on newer project that will come into later in the future after we have had some level of regulations.

Altcoins have been my choicest coins over time right from the time I started participating in crypto. Since everyone has a choice to make as to what coin to deal with in crypto is concerned, I decided to keep holding up with altcoins. The major altcoin I prefer to stay  put with mostly is ethereum. I enjoy trading with eth so much that I can not take it for granted for any reason. I have greatly enjoyed the benefit of trading with ethereum so much. Although in the recent times, the market price of ethereum has not been encouraging, but I still hold on to it and prefer to keep trading with it regardless of any shortcomings. Everyone has a choice to make as pertaining to which coin to uphold.
