Buying XRP is always a bad idea. I mean come on, Ripple Labs holds a huge amount of the total XRP; and while that's just the tip of the iceberg, that itself should put "investors" off. But nope, people apparently do their research on Reddit and on Twitter.

Besides all that, while I think it's a very bad long term investment, there are good short-mid term trading opportunities with XRP though.

I also saw some of the charts of XRP from different traders, and if they are analyzing it with higher time frames, you are right, we are now on previous horizontal supports of XRP, that's why it is really a danger zone for XRP, might be a reversal? Hmmmm, we don't know.

As Bitcoin Dominance continue to grow, XRP will still suffer more for me, getting now on XRP for the long term is really risky, be careful.  But there are some traders, we have now the 'bottoming pattern' for xrp.

XRP like most of the shitcoins out there is not a good option to buy at all. the only thing that makes it good is those small number of days that it gets pumped but then the problem here is that you will NEVER be able to predict when those days are going to come and until they come, the price continues going down.

so what's the solution?
it simply is to not buy XRP at all meaning stay away from all the pump and dump shitcoins.
or you have to keep an eye out for the pump to start first and then buy it not buy and hope for it to start!

Another thing is that the contractual agreements between Ripple and certain large holders have expired, which means that they no longer are forced to hold their tokens. Result is more tokens flowing into the direct circulation.

I do however think that XRP is due for a pump in the coming weeks or months with how the entire XRP community seems to be losing faith. Maybe that one more capitulation dump will make the last holders panic sell.

Of course there is always opportunity in this market not just for XRP. But you have to look at the overall sentiments of investors towards crypto. I have yes it has it's best time but when investors realised that this is just a bankers coins then everyone really went on the opposite side or just ride the pump and dump and then exited on time.

The coin is overvalued even at the current price, at a huge supply, it's price now at .26 usd.
If we noticed, XRP only rises when bitcoin is on a run, I believe there's some manipulation happening because they are holding a huge volume of XRP..
Personally, I don't consider investing in centralized coin with huge supply, I am more on compared to XRP and that's why I called it a success when ETH finally took over the number 2 spot in the market, and I have a feeling that soon, XRP will be dethrone by BNB which is a high potential coin than XRP state now.

I don't really care about XRP, because in principle I think XRP is not a blockchain, this is just my personal opinion,

I only follow where the market goes. If XRP can increase like what I saw in 2014 or 2017, then I am sure that many people will still invest in XRP. How do you reach to this conclusion?? With my very limited technical analysis knowledge, I am not able to see any such sign that Ripple will hit its all time low repeating the history! So I would want to know the base of this claim/speculation!

It entire depends on the scenario. People with investor mindset would love to invest in ripple in case it hits its all time low. But a lot depends on the other crypto prices as well. If the entire market goes down, it makes sense to invest because we all know the upside potential at a later stage. But if only Ripple goes down, then there might be something wrong with this particular coin! So it entirely depends on the situation!

Nearly 1 billion coins have been unlocked this month to be sold on exchanges, which is why its price has dropped so sharply in recent times. If XRP has no policy to minimize the unlocked cycle, things will become very bad for the price of XRP in the future.

That will then be the end of xrp if they fall that low, although I have always known that xrp is a time bomb to explode on most investors and most investors are sitting on it without them knowing, and I think that investors really need to stop relying on ripple as a coin good for investment, that last All time high they had was really a mistake and I don't think there is anything that would get them back to that former state before competitors comes to sweep them away.

Look at their current value, despite all they are claiming to be, they are still not increasing in price, so if the project is good and people are using it, why has it not had a very good record of success till date. I tried to check on coinmarketcap the lowest price of XRP in 2014, not 0.001USD but around 0.0028USD, but if XRP would return to its lowest price of 0.001 USD as you mentioned or 0.0028 USD listed in CMC there would still be a very large decrease.

Many peoples are already analyse the current and previous factor of XRP. It is one of the banking support coin so anytime it will going to moon or it will come to the previous stage. I don`t like ripple, I don`t like ripple community. I don`t care if it drops to zero, what can happen one day. From my perspective the chances for ripple to hit zero are higher than to go to 10 dollars, and people from ripple community discuss about much higher prices.
There are much better coins and communities, why would someone still bother with ripple, it`s a mystery for me.

When you come to this forum then I believe there is many people who don't like ripple and they will give a suggestion to avoid to buy this altcoin. Ripple is centralized coin which is mean there is a party who have a bag holder of Ripple and it could be when the price up they will sell the coin so as will make the ripple price goes down again.

Including me, I won't take any action to find or even to decide to buy Ripple cause I just believe I'll end up in lose if I buy this coin. Although there is many information who stated that the coin will have a high price on their prediction surely I'll not follow they rules. Just pick altcoin such as ETH or litecoin and I'm that is the best thing to do rather than to buy Ripple.
