Look what article I've found, it talks about which sport has the largest betting volume, so by this data, can it be also our basis which sport has many gambling supporters.

Lol, I thought it was Basketball and currently on the poll at first post, soccer has the highest votes.

Its amazing how many fans Cricket has, this has to be related to the British empire even though its been gone for most of the last hundred years its left behind a heck of a legacy in cultural artifacts left behind like this.    Its a good thing, it brings together various countries that might not be on the best of terms otherwise and I'd rather see competition on the playing field then political rhetoric and strife.

As I had noticed it depends on which country you are, just like basketball and boxing which are very well known in the country of the Philippines and in the US. So, I guess these sports might be triggered to them to join in sport betting those who passionate to watch the sport and bet as well. In some places like India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka they like also cricket and football game. So, at this point, we can measure which countries that has a lot of population and supporters in those kinds of sport betting games online.

You got it right! I agree that our preference on which sport that has many gambling supporters depends on the country where you are living. Like in my case, I'm living in the Philippines and the people here, especially the younger generation are all into basketball. In every place you visit here, you will see basketball courts or even a simple basketball ring attached on a wall and lots of children playing.

Filipinos are so fond of watching basketball games and make it an opportunity to conduct betting games on which teams who will win. Almost all Filipinos know what that is and how it is played.

Aside from basketball, boxing is popular here in the Philippines, too, because of Manny Pacquiao. Whenever Pacquiao has a fight, expect that there will be lots of people who will bet on him, even those who are not really into gambling, just to show how much he or she supported our people's champ.

It is not debatable that soccer top the most of betting game. And this is my area of bet that I like so much. It is easier and most researched area that you can easily access the information. Sometimes it is very glaring to predict and win easily unlike many other gambling games.

You are right. In any country, people know soccer, and they always watch the match. That's why they make soccer as they favorite sports. And it's not surprising if soccer is in the first position from the image that given by @Betwrong.

Boxing is not included because matches are not regular. In a span of a year, I think only 3-5 big events happen or maybe even lower than 3. That's why even one event is sold out and gained lots of revenue, it can't match the whole amount involves in soccer or other sports.

It depends on the area or country like for example in our place the common sports that has a lot of gambling supporters are Basketball and Boxing, whenever there's a boxing match or if there's a new seasons for NBA then my co workers or even my friends bet on their favorite teams. I guess these are the games that is very popular to bet on in our country.
Tennis and Soccer on the other hand, is not that popular in our area, though a few watches it but it is not a common game where they bet on unlike basketball and boxing, they prefer just watching soccer and tennis instead of betting on them.

I think we could predict where the basketball fans could be much and I think from the US but talking about soccer, it is not only Brazil that likes soccer. Lately, soccer betting shows that it cuts across the wide range of globe. So many nations are partakers of soccer so also the citizens stake money on betting site.

Football and Cricket being the most famous sports have not been added in the list of options. I mostly follow only cricket and I am aware of how many bets are placed on the games and especially the WC matches. In my country, cricket has another level of crazy fans while boxing is the next craze here. I did not know people bet on basketball games as well.

I've only watched a few cricket matches in my life and I am not a huge fan of it,  I guess I wasn't exposed to it much as a child so that may be the reasoning.

I believe its lucrativeness is probably the reason why it has a lot of supporters like it has and another thing I see is that soccer is a game that is widely accepted. There are some games that are not common in some parts of the world because it is not practiced. For instance, basketball, there are a lot of countries where basketball is not being played because of height barrier. It’s not like they don’t like the game but because basketball is better for those with a certain height and this is not the same in soccer.

Soccer is played in all parts of the world and this is the reason there is world cup and whenever it is being played, it seems as though everyone in the world are all seated to watch.

Apparently, football has the most gambling supporters.
This stems from the fact that there are so many games almost every day and so many different betting opportunities.

I've only watched a few cricket matches in my life and I am not a huge fan of it,  I guess I wasn't exposed to it much as a child so that may be the reasoning.

Cricket is the best game that gives us chance to make prediction because of good  value in gambling there are so many more games but as you said you have no interest in cricket that’s why better for you to chose Dice or any other good game like cards and foot ball etc gaming has multi options for you so you can choose the best one.

yes because teams or players on basketball are more popular than on other sports .  i think every people on ever country , knows atleast one team or player on basketball  and also , there are more kinds of betting related to basketball  .

So that is why boxing is not included in that list, thank you for giving the info to me.

But still, boxing can be a choice for gamblers to place the bets. Maybe boxing needs to find the other big player like Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, or Muhammed Ali to make boxing popular again. I remember in the old-time, when Mike Tyson matches, in my house, we watched the events and will be happy to see Tyson win.

Most people prefer soccer, I think the biggest sports gambling is soccer because soccer is much preferred. many sites offer bets such as guess what. but I don't like online but offline, that's more certain.

It's all the same i think. Well for the three top vote getters that is. A gambler bets on anything that they can place a bet on. Soccer is a favorite sport among the three but when it comes to gambling, basketball and boxing isn't far behind. You select 1 winner between two opposing sides. And i prefer that rather than watching dumbly on dice.
