Does this problem appears when you try to install the linux wallet? Because already tried and its working. What are the specifications of your vps?

Whats with the wallet wanting Admin to install on win 10 none of the 100's of wallets i ever installed have ever ask for Admin privileges so wont be mining this very fishy

Sorry, but the wallet is not asking for admin privileges. Do you wanted to install the wallet on another location of your computer?

The reason was that STASH was before a Token and was announcend here at Altcoins/tokens. We had on March this year a swap to a coin. So it was really necessary to move the ANN here to altcoins, to where it belongs. Thanks for your interest!

Why can't I set the password on my wallet? Windows wallet does not contain such an option, neither can I do wallet encryption via console (the command returns a message saying that "Wallet encryption disabled").

This is the response from our dev:

"There are some incompatibility issues with zksnarks and the wallet encryption causing corruption under certain circumstances, so the encryption feature was disabled as a precaution.  I’m not a fan of having the wallet exposed and why I think we need to push for ledger support.

Although not recommended, for more advanced users the encryption can be enabled if you are certain that you will NOT use zksnark commands. I have tested but care should be taken, and I recommend having a backup of private keys just in case.

To enable wallet encryption add the following in the core wallet config file:

experimentalfeatures=1
developerencryptwallet=1"

Personally i have not tested it, so be carefully! Will test it today...
