I see your point and I had the same experience. But on the whole it was meant to be, don’t you think? Bounties are getting nowhere lately.

Yes, that's what bounties these days make us. They show us big big rewards on their spreadsheets but the real values of those rewards they offer us are sometimes not even up to $5 on the market. I feel bounty hunters are only being used as baits by project owners to catch their investors virtually for free. What do you think guys ?

Not only that! Take the case of VIDy bounty campaign where the participants were only rewarded a fraction of what there are supposed
to earn and this only shows the VIDY management are very arrogant and insensitive of others feelings making it more like a double jeopardy
to bounty hunters.

Funny but true, most bounty rewards these days are just like that, so much token on the spreadsheet, calculating with token sales price, you get happy and think you ate rich, but when reality set in, you become weak because the exchange listing price is very very low compared to the  token sales price.
We cannot blame anyone. The market response depends entirely on demand and supply. The market is not profitable, the price of new tokens is difficult to develop, except for projects that really have the strength and high confidence that can attract investors. Often, prices are far from the target, so the rewards that we get do not match expectations. Heartless, that's what we have to accept as a risk. Be patient, who knows the price will one day pump.

Bounty platform has been abuse, thou the long bearish market trend has a negative impact on the over all success of ICO, but several bounty manager/developer are taking advantage of lack of regulation in the space to cheat bounty hunter,  detailed research is required before taking part in bounty in order to reduce bounty scam.

No one forced you to join a bounty, its freelance jobs you can't hope too much getting a big reward with only "Sharing/Post" on your social media. Make your own due diligence, feel free to join if the project was really good, if not then skip the project. Anyway, stop complains about your income in a freelance, get a real job man you know crypto was really volatility about the price. ICO Token price for bounty based the token sale price, if they already go to the exchange the team already don't have a responsibility to protect the price.

It makes me smile and sounds ridiculous but that is the reality. It is really hard to think that we have millions of tokens but it is not tradable yet or nobody is buying with this shit coins. How it makes sense? Nothing but worst experience...but not just we end up our crypto life because of that, we have to move on.

I have learned things like that before and I still have those dead coins in my wallet but it is accepted that it might be happening and I just consider those coins(shit) as a souvenir/collections...lol

All this is due to the fact that many ICO projects do not collect quite the amount they expected.I don't want to make excuses, but the reality is harsh. To the project to do any steps you need to pay for everything.Listing, marketing, any media coverage. As a rule, after the listing, early investors begin to sell tokens and thereby collapse the price, which the team is not able to raise. And the most very least in this chain are the bounty participants who get a penny for their work. This is not always the case, but in most cases, this is exactly what happens.

The problem now is not the rewards, but if the project is legit or not, those spreadsheets computations are all useless if it failed to get in the exchange and got more supporters, I used to compute my rewards after they compute the token allocation, because back then the computation will turn out to be higher, but now to get the right computation you have to get it less than 90% and you'll see a more realistic price.

It's no secret that the real value of coins from the bounty is always lower than the one they promise us. I think everyone's used to it.

Not every project is worth working for. Get a good one and you will not just see huge number of tokens alone, but valuable ones. It is good we still have some reasonable ones which you can participate in.
Keep searching and do not relent. By that, I believe you will find a different story to tell.

Right. Inspite of the disappointments we have from the current bounty campaigns, it's never a valid reason to give up. We still have a lot of options to earn an income if we are just resourceful in crypto. And with this current market condition, we need to be patient too and not to expect good results in a rush. There is still a bright future waiting for us in crypto, just keep on moving forward.

expectations should not be too high in this saturated market. many new tokens whose prices are difficult to develop. so there are lots of policies from developers or bounty managers that often don't benefit bounty hunters. that's the risk. be patient.

The price of tokens in a bounty campaign is the price per token when investors buy them , but the actual value of a token is when the development of the project is continously in progress that is when the true price is higher than in an ICO price. Even if we receive a less amount of bounty rewards in a certain bounty campaign when its value is high we can gain enough profits from our  sacrifice in the bounty.

It is not always likely for a coin to hit its ICO or IEO price after listing on the market. Many coins experience dip in price after listing and as its trading gain more volume and demand, the coin gradually assumes its intended price and even beyond. With this, spreadsheet prices are always referred to the IEO prices hence bounty hunters must always anticipate for a dip in value once listed but with time, the real value will resume

This is true we can see big amounts of tokens in the spreadsheet but the reality is that the price is just too small in fiat. The funny thing is that most bounties delayed the distribution as if it will affect the project which has no future to be honest.

That is exactly the way it is. The price falls at over 95% just after listing on exchange in less than an hour and you will hear the project team tell you they have no power over the price which is the truth. The cheaters in bounty that do multiple participation seems to be the problem as the acquire so much illegally and can sell so cheap. That really affects us the honest participants.

I feel sorry for those who joined the TERAWATT bounty.
Now the main telegram is down (no one can write a message)  due to the reason of the team that the board is being flooded by bounty issue.

https://t.me/TeraWattICO

They said that the bounties were sent by wapinter and they provide links of transactions.

Though there are no or many participants asking for payment  because there is nothing sent.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rm_q8E3UHu6ndGL3ykllynXvFGl7wYDj96GW70Es1wI/edit#gid=351624237

How can they send tokens if there is no final calculation on number of tokens...

17 weeks of work!
Me too got nothing from this project. I've participated in social media campaigns and earned not a lot of tokens, but anyway it's so dissapointing. This project collected almost 12 mln. $, but token listed only on IDEX and there is no volume. Price also on the bottom.

This is true and very sad. Looking at the spreadsheet gives joy but such joy never come to materialized in a real time. Bounty  lost its glory times ago and now its even getting worse.

This is a reality that friends must accept. don't expect too much from the results of the bounty campaign, especially from social media campaigns.
everyone never knows the outcome of a project, it could be that while IEO is still going on, the price of coins is very high, and many people think they will get a lot of results from what they have done so far.
but the reality is very much different, when the coin is listed on the market there is no price at all, and in the end the coin will be your wallet decoration.

That's why i'm not joining much bounty campaigns today (even only 1 at this moment). It feels like we're getting decent payment when looking at the spreadsheet but ended up nothing. Just take bounty work as your side income.
