Yes this is true. Holding shit altcoins can get anyone Rekt and one of the most important thing in crypto is to always take or cash out profits as at when seen. Although there are some altcoins which are good for long term but they are not much in the market.
Sometimes shitcoins can give you huge profits that a good project can't. But still, that is a risky path and not for everyone!
