The reason why i don't like new wallets
1. They always have low users which means they have nothing new to offer, even if new users try them out, once they don't see any thing new they bounce back to their old wallet, repetitive at work

2. Many new wallets on playstore can't be trusted, they have different set of aims, some have access to your private keys but they will fool users thinking you are the only one in control of the private keys and some don't  give out private keys to users, they work as online wallet
As long as you are comfortable with the wallet that you are using I do not see the point of just trying a new wallet just for the sake of it, and if you're going to do it do not deposit an amount of money that you're not willing to lose, it is very important that you maintain the main portion of your capital in a wallet that you have verified and that you know that has not been tampered with, while this will take you a few more minutes it is completely worth it taking into consideration the consequences of not doing it.

It is very danger to use new wallets, this wallet may has lack of security, i may use it after be sure security is good.

very often, these wallets are used simply for little-known coins and therefore people download them. only when they create connections with new projects new wallets can try to gain popularity

Numerous crypto users have lost their coins in light of new wallets. Try not to send assets to another wallet except if it's demonstrated to be dependable and solid. Some will get rid of your assets and guarantee they were hacked. Some will even profess to give rewards for holding your crypto in their wallet, a model is plustoken wallet which was an undeniable trick. Likewise, keep an eye out for wallets applications which are phony copycats, particularly when there is just a web wallet and the tricksters exploit the circumstance to make a phony application wallet.

All wallet websites were new, if no one has trusted them, they would have not existed. My answer is yes, however the trust is build piece by piece, the meaning of that is, I would trust a new wallet with small amount if they have a professional software or website or apps that proves to me they had invested a significant capital to build it and not just a crap website that shows no serious business. Having that said, in order for me choose a new wallet over well known wallets it must provide something new or a better features that can make me take the risk, otherwise I wouldn't use them.

Only someone who stumbled on bitcoin by luck would would simply log into Google play store to get a wallet to save his/her asset...

At first place, Why are we should trust in new wallets? I keep securing my funds and that's why I only keep it in a safe storage. There are new wallets nowadays that telling they have good security system but I do not trust it.

Hardware wallet is still the most preferable wallet that we should use in order to protect our coins. There are a lot of online wallets that been hacked by hackers, in hardware wallet we can assure that we are the only who have access to our coins.

I know what you mean, at this day of time there are many wallets arise on the android playstore, for me there is only one apps that I trusted so much and that is Trustwallet, more than this apps nothing else. Because its too risky, especially if the walletis new in fact, very suspicious to me if the apps is also asking for private key.

Only fools will trust their funds to the new wallet without thinking twice but if there are new wallets that has huge number of users then you can consider using it by going first to the wallet.

Explore everything first before trusting them your money. Like read their terms, check their wallet securities, feedback's from users and etc. If you are contented with the results then you can deposit few bucks and use it first for few months before depositing big amounts.

I barely trust any wallet besides the hardware wallets and even in this I have my skeptical opinions. Of course I still use some desktop wallets and also some exchange wallets but those are just for keeping some of my funds but no the important ones.

About new wallets, damn no , I don't want to use anything that was out in 2019 because I don't like this year about crypto related things ...a lot of coins went dead , exchanges hacked or closed , ICO's and IEO's declared dead ...no big investors, sketchy time for accumulation as the bottom was touched multiple times so I stay away from all of this until 2019 closes Smiley).

Yes, I strongly agree, because some of the crypto wallets in PlayStore are still prone to indications of fraud, therefore it is important to look at the ratings and reviews of these apps, my recommended wallet is xwallet, coinomi, Coinus, imtoken, and trust wallet, in addition to display Interestingly, the rating of some of these apps is very good.

I don't really trust any new wallets unless they were made by something popular exchange. It's better to go for wallet that has been proved their existence, besides I prefer the most popular because they won't do anything that can harm their image and that is a big loss. The Internet has full of this kind of scheme that is why we should always be wise to avoid scams. Moreover, you can find the recommended wallet here in this forum that is safe to place your funds.

I have always kept my coins on Blockchain.info wallets, or on Myetherwallet addresses. I don't trust any of the other wallets out there. But the issue is that we can't store many of the altcoins on these wallets. MEW is only for ERC-20 tokens and Ethereum. You can only store BTC, BCH, Stellar and Pax USD on Blockchain.info wallets. So for the rest of the currencies, you need to go for other wallets.

Even the wallet is in appstore or playstore,  I still do not trust it. There are many new wallets nowadays that are scam it is better if we will use the old wallet that are trusted by many users globally.
Can't say much about new wallets, but i have never have a single problem with wallets like coinomi, trust, copay and myether wallet, its better and safer if you use old popular wallets to avoid scam wallets and if its a must to use new wallets make sure they have good reviews

If you are looking for a new wallet in the Playstore, of course, lots of fake wallet. I think if you want to use a new wallet, you should look for it from an official source. This is to maintain the security of your assets.

This is correct. I do not have confidence on new wallets. Sometime they asks api or private keys which looks suspicious. In the wold of scam projects, we can not trust easily on new projects and thus new wallets. It will take longer time to trust and to gain confidence for today's new wallets.

There are many new ICO which offers crypto wallets and their own crypto coins. They will ask you to download their wallet and later when you find that you can transfer your bitcoins into it, you transfer your coins there and those project onwers can anytime scam you.
This is very important that you do not transfer your funds to any new wallet, no matter how much you are convinced by your friends or anyone.

Trust is something that is earned over a long period of time after interacting with some entity for a over a long time and full of transparency too. You are very right, new wallets really don't have much nothing to lose as cryptocurrency wallets such as TRON, Blockchain, Trust, Ledger, Ellipal etc. hence they would not hesitate to abscond with the funds of its users if they are not able to run their project. Always go with the most renowned and trusted wallets like the ones i mentioned above. Don't forget Coinomi/Atomic too, these are good cryptocurrency wallets which allows easy swap of cryptocurrencies as well.

The risk of a third party having access to your private keys is a real problem is likely to occur with smaller wallets developed by some private developers. They are not to be trusted. I rather will stick to older wallets, tested and open-source.
